Minimum tuition for Residents of Texas is $180 - Minimum tuition for Non-Residents of Texas is $480 - Tuition per credit hour for Residents of Texas is $45 - Tuition per credit hour for Non-Residents of Texas is $120. Third repeat course or developmental course work that exceeds 27 hours will be assessed at $60 per credit hour surcharge. Non-Residents of Texas who are not located within the state of Texas, enrolled in distance education will be assessed a $100 per credit hour surcharge.

SPRING CLASSES BEGIN JANUARY 19, 2021 REFUND POLICY (CREDIT COURSES ONLY)
Under the rules promulgated by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Galveston College will refund tuition and applicable fees for withdrawals and dropped classes as scheduled below: 100% prior to January 19, 2021 70% prior to 7:00 p.m. on February 8, 2021
25% prior to 7:00 p.m. on February 15, 2021 NONE after 7:00 p.m. on February 15, 2021
The $30 registration fee is non-refundable at anytime. Student I.D. cards must be obtained by the 12th class day or there will be an additional $5 charge. A $25 non-refundable late registration fee will be assessed for spring credit course registration beginning January 14, 2021. A $10 non-refundable schedule change fee will be assessed for spring credit course additions, drops, or changes beginning January 19, 2021. Note: Tuition, fees, and the refund policy listed in this schedule are accurate at the time of publication. Galveston College reserves the right to change its tuition, fees, and refund policy wholly or in part during the semesters covering in the schedule.
