MEET TODAY’S KEYNOTE PRESENTERS

Crystal R. Davis is a First Line Supervisor at the ExxonMobil Olefins Plant in Baytown, Texas, where she was born and raised. She is a graduate of Baytown’s Robert E. Lee High School and Lee College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Process Technology.

Crystal joined ExxonMobil in Aug 2010, hiring in as ExxonMobil’s first Process Intern through the Lee College program. Crystal began as a process operator and has been in various roles, from Console Supervisor, Process Turnaround Planner, and most recently, Shift Team Leader.

“My father worked for ExxonMobil for thirty-seven years and would say I could do his job and do it successfully. He has always been a huge advocate for women in the industry and encouraged me to take on new challenges. I hope to lead by example for my three-year-old daughter, teaching her woman are major contributors to the workforce. My goal is to show them they can be successful in this industry”.

Amanda puts her 25 years in the industry to work each day as a leader at Worley. Her focus on collaboration and diversity accelerates her teams –teams that have consistently delivered outstanding results. Having gotten her start in construction supply chain, Amanda knows the critical nature of delivering the right solutions in the right way at the right time. She has built her success as a forward thinker who values relationships, anticipates market shifts and takes decisive action. This has enabled Amanda to transform businesses and drive growth during times of change. Personally, Amanda is raising a high school and a college student of her own and knows first-hand how important it is for the leaders of tomorrow to see and hear from women who are making a difference in their careers today.
