State your purpose for applying for 2017 season High Board position showing what you believe you will gain personally and professionally from this position -Before i took my first steps in the faculty of petroleum,while applying for the faculty , the first brand which my eyes were shining with ,was A Blue Brand. It was SPE Really , i admit that SPE is a brand you must feel, gaining the experience and the honor of being one of that successful and impressive team. -Applying for 2017 Season : • i would hunt the ability to be one of the specials brains of the professional brand . • As some-who with credentials which could help him to take the opportunity to be one of the High-board. • Achieving more progress in my march . • Gaining experience and share my experience with everyone in S.P.E • Improve my abilities of leadership and gaining more credentials • But in my point of view , The first reason is : to achieve my fingerprint in everyone’s head in the whole .As i think that without your fingerprint in others mind , you haven’t achieve or without targeting to have a fingerprint you won’t achieve with what you do . • Minimize the gab between high-baord members and students with first years. • Using an Inbound-Marketing style , by depending on persons.

8 1. Describe your role with the president showing what will be unique with your role in the chapter as a Vice President in 2017 season

I could start my answer with “End to End” sys-

tem, in this system we could achieve large progress. -It means that we could participate the responsibility with total supervising the whole chapter . The President would have 2 roles :   - Firstly, he would be the Grand-supervisor .   -Secondly, he would be a supervisor under the Grand-supervisor .    - He would supervise ,with full responsibility ,(Operation manager & Treasurer & HR manager & Marketing Manager)    -You may get a daily of weekly report of them .   - The vice president would participate with his innovative ideas for them and for any question or help he can apply for with experience. The Vice-president would have 2 roles :   - Firstly, he would be ECHO CEO.   -Secondly, he would be a supervisor under the Grand-supervisor.    - He would supervise with partially responsibility the following (Technical manager & Secretary)    -The president with the Full rights (Grand President) would supervise The Vice-president and help him for choosing the way and helping when there is any deviation .

-The advantages in that system that :   -You could know immediately where the gap or Threat and deal with it directly.    -Sharing the responsibility would achieve more focus on work and details with every dark and bright sides.   -The Grand President would get a weekly report of the Vice-president , and if there’s any Trouble , he could immediately act and treat or help.    -End to End system guarantees achieving progress as the Vice-president would control the segments he require for ECHO , so he would guarantee the plan he want to achieve as he has the whole control of the required specialist aspects .    -Vice President ‘17 could declare guarantee of his plans and achievement by that plan.


2. How do you see the new direction for 2017 season should be like? What are your suggested initiatives to boost this direction? Applying for position in that time , I admit I was hesitating , because of the obstacles.   -These obstacles are lack of fund and spirit, in addition the university administration permissions in case we move to El-Salam Campus.   -One of the main obstacles I think, is to lose the previous High board with large Experience and lack of caliber.    -After long-Thinking, i found that:

Open space -At the end of my application, -Iam proud of what I have done and seeing my development curve increasing faster and faster since I started working in SPE as HRD Member where I gained a lot of experiences made me qualified to achieve many great things . -I learnt that “ you don’t need to be the Best , just you need to be the higher passion and hard Worker to perform The Best “ -I’m satisfied with what I have achieved that time , I hope I Could do better in the next . I aim to continue my successful way in SPE with what I planned to achieve as a Vice President to make this season more successful and make an impact in the members’ heads . -Finally, I have to thank everyone who tried to help and support me during existing in SPE -Thanks all for what you did ; I will never forget this all my life. -Special thanks to My head/ Mr. Abdelrahman Yasser.
