1. Make a qualified team of good presentation. 2. Make all the members understand the principals of presentation. 3. Depend on the Canons of Rhetoric. 4. How to get all ears and let the audience on you "Attention Management" 5. How to have good Eye-Contact . 6. How to Handle your position whenever a spontaneous thing occurs. 7. Help members to reach to online speakers and get an evaluation of them . 8. Make the members appreciate the difference between the presentation and speech and a Read Written Paper

Plan and Strategy  Teach Every member how to do a good presentation " By Documents "  Follow the sequence of every member of the improving and development .  Represent and make any asked presentation by the Name of AAPG.  Provides Courses for being a Good Speaker .  Improve and share the abilities of the High Board and Board .  Help Members and provide them a lot of websites that are helpful in their Career and Especially presentation skills like ( Lynda , TED , Corporate Training, …etc. ) and make a Survey of a lot of Websites .  Give The Best an Opportunity to get a Free (Purchased) Courses by deals or Certificated document of the Training in large and known Entities .  Make a Transfer Zone for the Members which want to apply high positions.

 A large number of members may allow a chance to find ambitious persons.  Passion of the members to get a high positions and qualifications.  Including the evaluation sheet, the development and the respond of member.  Large online and portable data ,

 A new position on the structure so couldn't analysis the Experience.

Which may help to get benefit Wherever you are .

 Having qualified high Board and Board, so they Could Share.  EX-Appgians , which  Could be seen as a Means of Development .  Needing Soft skills is always on demand , the first step to express yourself and present yourself.

 Low passion through the weather of study .  Carelessness of the Effort of the Trainer, may reduce the passion .  People Think that sessions are boring, so come workshops and leave sessions.

Specific Plan For development Program: 1. Duration of each Program: each program takes 3 weeks. 2. Number of sessions: 3 session. 3. Suggested topics and headlines for each session : i) The Content Development: 1) 2) 3) 4)

4. Suggested Workshop : 1) Simulation of Presentations with attending the Head or The HR Officer. (ii) 2) Recording presentation of yourself and find the dark sides in it.(ii) 3) Watching a video of comparing between a known presenter (like Mr. Obama) and a few popularity person and get the differences.(ii) 4) Making a presentation File in 10 – 15 minutes about a Topic which members know it before the workshop directly .(i) 5) Spontaneous breakdown (Sudden Stop ), How to deal with distractions? : a workshop of presentation through which some things occurs like: the data show is broke down , the means of presenting isn't work (like labs) , the interrupting person and high voice speaking careless members.(ii) 6) Comparison : between the speech and the presentation and the reading or written document.(ii) & (i)

We will start hiring after the first recruitment , we would inform all the members on the group . We would make an Online Event that tell that every member in AAPG could enroll in the Course, so that would enrich our Brand between all the others. ZELLO: every member in the Course would install that app on his phone, so this app need low and very low internet and it works as wireless Phones, so I could engage all the team in one channel with voice wherever we are. (On vacation especially). AAPG Trainer Facebook Account: one of the best ways to reach all the trainees.


TRAINER'17 PROPOSAL 7- Number of trainees & Criteria of selection : A. it ranges from 35 : 40 as having nearly 180 member . B. There are 2 strategies of Selection , The first one after recruitment which depend on the priority who fills the application firstly , The Second one is After the Mid-Terms and that depend on the Priority of active members . C. Their would be a Sheet For every Program, this sheet include the name of trainee , the information , the rate of response (HR) and the development Curve .

Personal Development Plan

1. Sharing the Experience of High board , board and Ex-high board . 2. Depending on more professional websites and try to get a free or a deal for a Presentation skill package. 3. Try to get chances to attend Human-resources symposium. 4. Get the hardcopy data which I could collect from professionals. 5. Attend a Visit of TEDx in Egypt to improve more my abilities .

New Ideas 

A competition for members for the Title of The Best Presenter in the month.  Using an online sheet to apply for the competition and the candidates represent on the High Board , and the winner get The Title and a small souvenir like "medal or small thing and a certificate "  That would improve the passion and increase the desire of development .

represent in the international conference or the Conference .  The winner may get an area to present a show which is uploaded on the Website and app , may get a Money prize. 

PetroPresent:

 Any Student could apply to the Event  The Event has a Maximum number of 30 applicants so , we would ask for CV .  The Event would be attended by a 2 HR- Persons of Companies and they would Give the advice to the applicants  Every Presentation will be 2 Minutes  The Winner will get ( a certificate of the HR , a Money Prize , A Title Of the Presenter OF AAPG , may get a chance to participate in a Trip or a Paid Event for Free .

The Strategy of each program

We have 4 programmes , The Number Of every Programme members ranges from (35:40)

The Programme takes

( 3 Weeks). And contain 3 Sessions and 2 Workshops.

A session in the First Weak and another one in the Second weak then a workshop in the second week , and after that a Session in the 3rd week and workshop.  The Sequence of the Sessions in the (Members' development programme ) depending on 2 factors: 1st on The Presentation file. 2nd on the Performance of the Presenter

Open space: -At the end of my proposal, I am proud of what I have done and seeing my development curve increasing faster and faster since I started working in AAPG as Media Member where I gained a lot of experiences made me qualified to achieve many great things . And Learnt that " you don't need to be the Best , just you need to be the Higher passion and Hard Worker to Perform The Best " I am satisfied with all I have achieved that time , I hope I Could do better in the next . I aim to continue my successful Way in AAPG with what I planned to achieve as a Trainer to make this season more Successful and make a mark in the members Head . -Finally, I have to thank everyone who tried to help and support me during existing in AAPG. -Thank all for what you did; I will never forget this all my life. -Special thanks to My head/ Mr. Mohammed Hafez .
