Buying and selling a home can be a complicated undertaking. There are forms, laws, inspections, loans, moving dates, and on top of all of that, emotions. It is certainly understandable that with the stress and emotions involved, we can sometimes lose sight of the “Main Thing” which is to have a home that fulfills our needs and wishes. Smaller details can become stressful hurdles where someone must win and someone else must lose.
