DonorNet – Online Giving Instructions All donors, both current and new, must sign up for a new account on DonorNet. The following instructions should help guide all donors through this process while also providing other helpful tips. Signing Up for a New Account Current Donors Before you begin, make sure you have your USC ID and your email address that was included on the letter sent to you from the Gamecock Club in April 2009. If you are unsure of your USC ID or the email address that you have on file with the Gamecock Club, or if you did not receive this letter, please call 803.777.4276 or email gamecockclub@sc.edu. To create your account, go online and visit southcarolina.donornetpac.com. Click on “Sign up for an account.� This link can be found below the log-in boxes or under the DonorNet Menu on the left side of the page.

After clicking on “Sign up for an account,” you will be taken to the screen shown below. Click on “I am a Current Donor.”

After clicking on “I am a Current Donor,” you will be taken to the screen shown below. Enter your USC ID and the email address linked to your Gamecock Club account.

Once you enter your information, you should see the screen below. You will also receive a confirmation email that you must respond to before you can access your account. If you did not enter the correct email address, you will receive a different message than the one shown on the screen below. If you encounter this problem, please call or e-mail the Gamecock Club (803.777.4276/gamecockclub@sc.edu) or try another email address that is linked to your Gamecock Club account.

Click on the link provided in the email you receive from DonorNet. That link will take you to the page shown below. Choose a username and password that you can easily remember and then click “Submit.�

Select the link that reads “Click here to view your account.� You will be taken to a page that shows your contact information. Your Gamecock Club DonorNet account is now activated and you can begin managing your account online! You will receive another email confirming that your account has been activated.

Signing Up for a New Account New Donors To create your account, go online and visit southcarolina.donornetpac.com. Click on “Sign up for a new account.� This link can be found below the log-in boxes or under the DonorNet Menu on the left side of the page.

After clicking on “Sign up for a new account,” you will be taken to the screen shown below. Click on “I want to become a Donor.”

After clicking on “I want to become Donor,” you will be taken to the screen shown below. Enter your email address and click “Submit.”

You will be taken to page shown below to fill in your personal information. Please complete every field. Choose a username and password that will be easy for you to remember. You will need that information to access your account the next time you log in. Once you have filled in all of your information, click “Create Account.�

Once you have successfully created your account you will see the message shown below. To enter your account, click on the link that reads “Click here to make a donation.�

Managing Your Account Once you have signed into your account you will see a screen similar to the one shown below. Selecting “Your Account” from the DonorNet menu on the left will always bring you back to this page. The following options are available from the “Your Account” page: Edit Account Information There are two ways to edit your account information. On your account page, you can click the “Edit” button in the black “Account Information” header. You can also click on “Change Address” under the DonorNet menu on the left side of the page. Complete Donation Summary Clicking this link beneath your account information will take you to a page that shows your donation summary by year. If you would like to view all donations within a membership year, click on the year in the first column. Complete Transaction Summary Clicking this link beneath your account information will show you your transaction history with the Gamecock Club. Pledges and receipts will show under your transaction history. You can view the dates each transaction was made, the type of transactions, the membership years to which your transactions were applied, and the amount of your transactions.

Paying an Existing Pledge To reach this page, select “Pay Existing Pledge” from the DonorNet Menu on the left side of the page. You will only need to use this option if you have an existing or unpaid donation pledge with the Gamecock Club. First, enter the amount you would like to pay in the “Payment Amount” box under “Donation Summary.” Next, under “Enter Payment Information,” choose whether your payment method will be credit card or electronic check. Complete the required fields for the payment method you select. Once all fields are complete, click “Process Payment.” You can make as many payments as you would like until your balance due is $0. Please note that the Gamecock Club will assign all tickets, parking, and other benefits according to the donation amount received by that year’s contribution deadline.

Submitting a New Donation All donors who would like to make a new contribution must select “Submit New Donation” from the DonorNet Menu on the left side of the page. Under “Pledge Information,” choose the appropriate pledge category and enter the amount that you would like to donate. “GamecockClub” will be the most frequently used pledge category; “Life Option” applies only to Lifetime Members. If you are setting up your pledge now but would like to pay it later, do not check the box beside “Pay this pledge now.” You will only enter your pledge category and amount and then click “Submit Pledge.” To submit payment when you create your pledge, check the box beside “Pay this pledge now.” Complete all of the fields below for your payment information. When you are finished, click “Make Payment.” As noted on the donation page, if you will be using a matching gift to complete your pledge, only pledge the amount you will be donating. Follow the instructions on the link provided to submit your matching gift.
