PURCHASER AGREEMENT 1. Payment of the commitment fee is due immediately by credit or debit card (subject to surcharge up to 2.9%). The maximum time allowance for payment is ONE working day. 2. Payment of any Property Reservation fee is due by bank transfer to the ESCROW account of your attorney within TWO working days of signing the reservation. 3. Payment of the balance of the Axis Finder’s Fee is due for payment, by bank transfer to the account below, within TWO working days of signing this form. 4. I/we understand that failure to pay the Fees described, within the time allowed, will result in cancellation of my reservation and forfeiture of all Fees paid and costs incurred.
6. I/we have read the disclaimer included with the Property Decision Pack and are proceeding with this reservation in full acknowledgement and acceptance of the contents of the disclaimer. If signing this agreement on behalf of joint purchasers or a company I/we confirm that I/we have full authority to do so and that company signatories are duly authorised officers (Director and/or Secretary). 7. I/we agree that Axis may make reference checks to ensure that the Money Laundering regulations are complied with and that I/we shall supply appropriate ID documentation as required. 8. I/we confirm that by typing my name in the box below and returning this form to Axis Property Investment via email I have entered into a legally binding agreement.
