Legacy Estates As the only home of its kind in the greater Green Bay area, Legacy Estates provides assisted living in a beautiful environment seniors are happy to call home. The assisted living communities by Hillcrest offer both residential care apartment complexes (RCAC) and community-based residential facilities (CBRF). RCACs focus on independent senior living and assisted living while the CBRFs offer assisted living care for those who are independent all the way to those who need full care as well as assistance. On Mondays, seniors have the option of taking part in a reading club, a movie night, bingo, a spelling bee, are you smarter than a 5th grader as well as move to the music. Tuesdays are filled with bunco, a bean bag toss and beach balls. A nickel jackpot and social time will be featured each Wednesday. Every Thursday provides residents the opportunities to take part in a snowball toss, an umbrella bounce, a big ring toss, a winter clothes relay and time to toss around a frisbee. Kick off the weekend right by playing outburst, jenga, Wheel of Fortune and make some crafts.
On site, the daily schedule is enhanced with cards, word games, trivia, cooking and Wii games. In addition, there is a YMCA run exercise program to be a part of along with plenty of trips to local attractions as well as restaurants. Enjoy two to three musical groups weekly. Many of the residents also adore the raised vegetable gardens and peaceful patios.
