In order to give exhibitors and groups an opportunity to revise or edit the Manitowoc County Fair Exhibitor Handbook, the Expo Board has approved the following procedure: 1. 4-H, FFA, FHA, Scouts, Pioneers, Breed Groups, or Exhibitors must identify proposed concerns or changes. 2. The group or exhibitor makes a written recommendation to the superintendent of the department when a change is desired for the next year. All suggested changes must be forwarded to the superintendent by October 1. 3. The superintendent reviews the change, checks it against the state statutes (ATCP) and forwards a recommendation to his/her liaison on the Expo Fair Board. Superintendents must forward these recommendations by November 1 of the fair year. 4. All liaison members must have these Fair Book revisions, with recommendations in writing, to the Expo office by November 1. 5. The Expo Fair Board reviews all recommendations at the November meeting. 6. The Expo Fair Board acts on the recommendations at the December meeting.
