UKNIGHTED IN SPIRIT
Gannon is a community founded on honor, courage and achievement
These values translate to every aspect of life at Gannon: in athletics and academics, in our global travels, and in the communities we serve.
This is the tradition you step into when you put on the maroon and gold and become a Gannon Knight
Students in environmentally focused programs conduct research on Lake Erie aboard Gannon’s 48-foot research vessel, the Environaut.
INSPIRING ACADEMIC SUCCESS
The interactions you have with your professors are among the most impactful experiences at Gannon. A meaningful education stems from your professors getting to know you. Our expert faculty love teaching and researching. They are here to inspire you to question, learn and achieve.
FIND YOUR POSSIBILITIES
What do you love to do? Where do you imagine yourself working? What do you want to accomplish in the future? Your possibilities begin at Gannon. We offer 67 bachelor’s degrees and 56 minors to customize your education. Each of our majors include opportunities to work and learn in hands-on, professional settings.
LEARN FROM THE EXPERTS
Have you ever had a teacher who significantly impacted your life? Gannon University’s professors know that their first priority is your success. Gannon has a low 13:1 studentto-faculty ratio that allows your professors to easily get to know you and learn about your goals, accomplishments and challenges. You’ll feel comfortable contributing to class discussions, speaking with professionals in the field, and collaborating with your professors to plan your career.
RESEARCH SIDE-BY-SIDE
How far can you take your research at Gannon? Maybe into the pages of a national journal, on the list of registered patent owners, or to competitions across the country. Your research might take you 30 feet below the surface of the Caribbean Sea to observe marine organisms and coral reefs, 4,000 years into the past at an archaeological dig in Jordan, or to the field to develop NASA mission-related instruments for near-space exploration. You will learn alongside your professors at Gannon, working together to advance your knowledge and enrich your experience.
