Ambli Chef Dinner | Save the Date Save the date for Wednesday, October 20, in the Grand View Dining Room. A special occasion to enjoy new cuisine from local chef Ricardo Morffin of Ambli Global Cuisine. Share in his vision of upscale Mexican cuisine, accompanied by our sommelier’s thoughtful beverage pairings with each course. Limited seating available. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for hand-passed hors d'oeuvres and a welcome beverage. We look forward to seeing you in our Club’s restaurants! At the Pools Following the first weekend into October, food and beverage service team members will no longer be present at the pools. Should food or beverage service be desired, the Beach & Cable Barista offers a nice selection of snack options. Our in-room dining team is also available to deliver poolside cocktails and food.
