AUGUST IS NATIONAL WELLNESS MONTH
TUESDAY, AUGUST 30 STARTING AT 10AM Wellness Wagon will follow the Wagon Concert route. You can meet our Wellness team, along with seeing or participating in a sampling of our Wellness programs.
TUESDAY AUGUST 30, 1-3PM, VILLAGE PARK Play and learn about our Wellness wheel. We will have activities for all 8 facets of wellness including Fitness Bingo! Cultivate Your Wellness at Garden Spot Village by assessing the facets of your Wellness Foundation, This is a tool to check how well you are balanced. Extra copies of the Wellness Wheel are available at the Wellness Center.
