When prospective residents visit Garden Spot Village, they are thankful for the opportunity to tour homes that have floorplans that meet their needs.

We’ve seen an increase in tours over the last few months. As a result, we are in need of more volunteers who are willing to allow people to tour their homes. We are not looking for showcase homes; lived-in, tidy homes are more authentic! You can pick and choose opportunities that are convenient for your schedule. As a thank you, we give you a $10 meal credit ($15 for couples) for every five times we show your house.
