From New Holland to Las Vegas to Krispy Kreme Donuts in Texas, join Chris Straka on a walk through the ins and outs of customer service.

Garden Spot Village Resident Life presents Chris Straka, who will present how “Customer Service Relates to Everyone” on Thursday, July 13 at 10am in the Chapel. Chris will share from his personal experience with customer service as a small business owner, sales manager, learning and development manager and global sales consultant with well-known Lancaster and Lebanon county businesses. He will also share recent research surrounding the role of customer service.

His presentation will be interactive and engaging. He will draw on his training as a music teacher and performer to engage his audience during the interactive presentation.

Jodi Lefever, director of volunteer services says, “Chris is going to focus on how customer service affects all aspects of our lives. He will share ways that we can be good customers, as well as how we can serve our customers well.”

The event is open to all residents, as well as the local community. The presentation is appropriate for everyone, as we can all learn how to be better customers and serve those around us.

Chris currently serves as the director of development with For One Life, a New Holland-based nonprofit organization that was founded to help businesses, schools, churches, youth groups and individuals to partner financially with building projects in India and around the world, with a primary focus on schools and children’s homes.
