Arts In Action Garland Summer Musicals presents "Thoroughly Modern Millie"

Join the Garland Summer Musicals for a song and dance spectacular! This Tony Award winning musical is based on the 1967 film starring Julie Andrews. It’s the story of Kansas farm girl Millie Dillmount, who comes to New York in 1922 to become a “modern” flapper, find a job, and marry her boss. However, Millie’s New York experience turns out to have lots of hilarious twists of fate and fortune. The sparkling songs include: Jimmy; Forget About the Boy; Long As I’m Here with You; Gimme Gimme; and the title song Thoroughly Modern Millie. Cast includes: Erica Peterman as Millie; Andy Gosnell as Jimmy; Andrea TalladinoCox as Miss Dorothy; Gregory Hullett as Trevor Graydon; Andi Allen as Mrs. Meers; Mark Quach as Bun Foo; Dominic Perikonis as Ching Ho; Patty Granville as Muzzy Van Hossmere; and Linda Frank as Miss Flannery.
