GSM continues its 2018 season with Cole Porter’s Sensational “Kiss Me Kate,” starring Michael Isaac as Fred Graham and Lauren LeBlanc as Lilli Vanessi. This hilarious tale revolves around a musical production of Shakespeare’s “The Taming of the Shrew” and the onstage and offstage conflict between the musical’s director/producer/star and his leading lady/ex-wife. Also featuring: Christine Phelan as Lois Lane; Brandon Baker as Bill Calhoun; James Williams as General Howell; Steve Golin and Alan Hanna as the Gangsters; and Whitney Rosenbalm as Hattie. Garland Civic Theatre 2018-2019 Season
◆ Granville Arts Center Beginning August 1, regular tickets will be available to the public for Garland Civic Theatre's exciting 2018-2019 Season at the Granville Arts Center! The season features Neil Simon's "Barefoot in the Park" (Sept. 6-23), Alfred Hitchcock's "The 39 Steps" (Oct. 18-Nov. 4), "Dashing Through the Snow" (Nov. 29-Dec. 16), "Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story" (Jan. 24-Feb. 10), "The Foreigner" (March 7-24), and "Nunsense" (April 25-May 12).
