Downtown Redevelopment Changes at City Hall Lots of changes are taking place around Garland City Hall for the City Center project. Downtown Garland’s

City Center project has temporarily brought a new feature to the City’s skyline. A tower crane now hovers over City Hall as part of the construction of the new parking garage. The crane is approximately 100 feet tall and spans across the construction area. It will be in place for approximately four to six months. Continued on page 3
