Families with children of all ages can celebrate Halloween and Día de Los Muertos at the Central Library’s Fun Fright Fiesta. The event will consist of pumpkin decorating, games, crafts, treats and a piñata breaking at 3 p.m. Family-friendly costumes are encouraged!

Lotería is a popular holiday game played by Hispanic families. Players attempt to fill a card of 16 images as random card images are read aloud. The library version will include several rounds and prizes for those winning each round. Registration is required to attend and begins Wednesday, Dec. 7. Call 972-205-2517 to register.
