“The Jones MBA Career Center was pivotal in helping me land my current position. I knew coming to Scheller that I was no longer interested in working as an engineer but I was not sure how to pivot my career. They helped me identify what I was passionate about and matched my skills with different opportunities. Through a career assessment, I was able to identify the learning gaps needed to reach my career goal and charted my second-year classes accordingly. I appreciate how the Center listened and cared about the right role and organization for me. In the end, we all had the opportunity to celebrate a well-deserved position with Amazon. I am grateful for the wonderful support I received.“
Marie-Annick Coulibaly, Evening MBA ‘20 Pre-MBA Career: Process Engineer, Shaw Industries Post-MBA Career: Pathways Operation Manager, Amazon

“As an international student, I had to deal with multiple challenges while navigating the U.S. job market. The team at the Jones MBA Career Center took cognizance of this fact early on, and my career advisor reached out to me even before the program started. He helped me craft a list of companies that would sponsor jobs for international candidates, which allowed me to target my search process. The Center provided me with every resource possible, conducted mock interviews, connected me to alumni, and organized sessions with case coaches. As I reflect upon my experience, I can easily say that the support and the encouragement from the Center turned out to be the key difference-maker in my job search.”
Sachin Pai, Full-time MBA ‘21 Pre-MBA Career: Assistant Manager, Larsen and Toubro Post-MBA Career: Associate, McKinsey & Company
“Knowing that I had such a great team behind me was a huge encouragement, even in the dark days of losing my original internship due to Covid. The career services team, your classmates, alumni, and professors are so willing to jump in and help in any way they can. Knowing so many people had my back and had faith in me gave me faith in myself.” Abby Brenller, Full-time MBA ‘21 Pre-MBA Career: Regional Leader, Peace Corps Post-MBA Career: Consultant, Bain & Company
