PRIMARY HEALTH CENTER :Primary Health Centre (PHCs), sometimes referred to as public health centres,are state-owned rural health care facilities in India. They are essentially single-physician clinics usually with facilities for minor surgeries, too. They are part of the government-funded publiC health system in India and are the most basic units of this system. Presently there are 28,863 PHCs in India. The Government of India's initiative to create and expand the presences of Primary Health Centres throughout the country is consistent with the eight elements of primary health care outlined in the Alma-Ata declaration. These are listed below: •Provision of medical care •Maternal-child health including family planning •Safe water supply and basic sanitation •Prevention and control of locally endemic diseases •Collection and reporting of vital statistics

Group housing is produced by many kinds of cultures: by communal states to equalize living standards, by tyrants to assure a docile labour force, and by feudal or caste systems to bring together members of a class. The apartment house was developed independently by the imperial Romans of antiquity to suit urban conditions and by the American Indians to suit agricultural conditions.

The standard & status are measured in terms of facilities provided, space provided, the enrichment provided, quality of amenities and services provided, cleanliness, landscaping, decor, lighting etc. These are the stream of rooms, health & fitness, variety & choice provided in the restaurant, facility of daily needs - like saloon, parlour, book shop, gift shop, other men & women accessories shop, florist, forex, travel counter, doctor on call, etc.
