Ty Brunswig
Age: 36 Veterinarian, manager and co-owner, Animal Medical Center Professional
Ty grew up in WaKeeney and graduated from Trego Community High School in 2005. He played football at Fort Hays State University and received a degree in agriculture. He earned his DVM from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. Th at same year he started working for Dr. Nels Lindberg and became a partner in the practice in 2018. His focus is on large and small animal medicine and surgery with an emphasis in cow/calf production medicine and small animal orthopedic surgery. He received the Young Veterinarian of the Year Award from KSU College of Veterinary Medicine. At Animal Medical Center he “loves helping our staff grow along with our practice and our passion is serving our clients and patients and changing peoples lives through veterinary medicine.”
Community
He enjoys helping with fund raising for AMC shelter, rescues, and other charities through diff erent events they put on through the practice. Ty is a coach for the 10-and-under Quicksilver soft ball team and president of the Quicksilver board. He also helps with a consulting group that aims to unite veterinary practices from across the country to foster more quality veterinary medicine in rural areas.
