Industry Watch: The Industry Watch provides a quarterly report by county. It provides easy-to-view key metrics, such as median sale price, closed sales and months' supply. The report compares the metrics year-over-year and by county. This report is great to bring to a listing appointment or just to use when pulling quick statistics for a Facebook or blog post.
Market Statistics: The Market Statistics Report lets you get a little more granular. You can choose stats by MLS area, school district or county. You can even exclude or add multiple areas into one report. The report provides an at-a-glance view of inventory, closed sales, pending sales and more. This report is great for buyers who may be in a specific price range and need to understand the current state of inventory and the importance of moving quickly when they find a home they like.
Performance Reports: How are local buyers interacting with your listing or with listings in your area? The Performance Report offers granular details about Client Portal activity, email activity and showing activity on competitive listings in your region. Competitive listings are listings that similar buyers may be viewing and considering. This report is valuable for conversations with both buyers and sellers, as it includes information they can’t access anywhere else, and describes market activity over the last 28 days. Armed with this knowledge, subscribers can aid buyers in making timely, realistic and competitive offers, as well as counsel sellers on pricing and marketing strategies based on objective market data about similarly suited properties.
SmartCharts: As a Bright subscriber, you have access to regional and county-level statistics and reports in SmartCharts. You can access shareable charts and reports showcasing closed sales, days on market and market inventory.
In addition to these reporting tools, you can also keep track of how the market is faring during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bright’s COVID-19 weekly housing market data reporting focuses on market trends, sales activity and status changes, providing you with information and timely insights to support your clients’ goals. You can access all of the latest information on this report at BrightMLS.com/MarketUpdates.
