The City of Grand Blanc shall fund the Senior Center Director’s salary at the Grand Blanc Senior Center. The City of Grand Blanc shall fund drainage improvements at the Grand Blanc Senior Center. Improvements will correct a consistent overflow and drainage issue in the kitchen at this facility. The project will benefit residents of this area by reducing crashes and improving traffic flow at the intersection. Richfield Township shall provide funding to the Davison Area Senior Center located at for operational expenses. Shelter of Flint/One Stop - The Shelter of Flint shall pay for shelter operational expenses including case Emergency Shelter management, maintenance, food and utilities. Shelter of Flint/One Stop - The Shelter of Flint shall pay for case management services and direct client Homeless Prevention assistance to help individuals and families maintain stable, permanent housing. Shelter of Flint/One Stop - The Shelter of Flint shall pay for One Stop case management services, assisting Rapid Rehousing homeless individuals relocate to permanent housing. Thetford Township shall provide funding for operation expenses, kitchen staff and Senior Center Operations newsletter publishing costs at the Thetford Township Senior Center. Street Improvements: E. Thetford Township shall fund asphalt resurfacing on E. Frances Road between Frances Rd (Saginaw Rd Saginaw Road and Dort Highway. Work will be completed by the Genesee County to Dort Hwy) Road Commission and will extend the service life of the road. Thetford Township shall provide funding for operation expenses, kitchen staff and Senior Center Operations newsletter publishing costs at the Thetford Township Senior Center.
