Allergies and Intolerances From 13th December 2014, the Food Information (Scotland) Regulation 2014 was introduced. Under new regulations the correct allergen information about ingredients that is in our food must be made available.
There are 14 allergens that must be identified: Celery; Fish; Mustard; Sesame seeds; Cereals containing gluten; Lupin; Nuts; Sulphur Dioxide; Crustaceans; Milk; Peanuts; Eggs; Molluscs and Soya.
