Key Features
iNTELSCAN PLUS Level 2 integrates advanced pulsation control and makes milking time safer for cows. Designed as the perfect cost effective solution to eliminate over milking, the system collapses all four liners around the teat when the cow has finished milking. The cluster hangs in place waiting to be removed and attached to the next cow without the teat being exposed to high vacuum.
◼◼ E liminates over milking ◼◼ Incorporates all Level 1 features ◼◼ Integrates advanced pulsation technology ◼◼ Upgrade your system at any time ◼◼ Yield flow & milking time display
The system does not affect the natural efficiency of the swingover dairy. The advanced pulsation increases milking efficiency by stimulating those cows that do not let down their milk. Flow controlled pulsation increases milking speed and the pulsation is switched off when the milking point is not in use to extend liner life. All Level 1 features are supplied as standard and you can upgrade this system at any time.

HERD MANAGEMENT
iNTELLAB is a revolutionary inline sensor for measuring 5 key elements of your cows milk. At each milking the milk yield, fat, protein, lactose and conductivity profile of each cow is measured and recorded. This allows you to make up to the minute decisions around milk production, feeding and animal health which ultimately improves your profitability. Changes to diet and feed ration can be measured in real time and reported for your action. The sensor has no moving parts or flow restrictions. This ensures vacuum stability through the sensor and eliminates any maintenance requirements. iNTELLAB can be installed as a standalone sensor with data displayed at an in-bail user interface or connected to a full Herd Management system.
Key Features ◼◼ Records Milk Yield, Fat, Protein & Lactose ◼◼ Conductivity sensor for composite mastitis indication ◼◼ Standalone or Integrated into a full Management System ◼◼ Plant performance monitoring ◼◼ Compact with no moving parts
Connection to a Herd Management System 4.17 ) or other compatible Herd The sensor data can be integrated into the iDENTITY Herd Management system (see Management Solutions. The data generated by iNTELLAB is collected and recorded against individual cow records. Cow data can then be reported and trends identified. Individual animals can be compared against herd averages to identify those that are high producing, high merit cows.

HERD MANAGEMENT - SECTION 4. 20
YIELD iNTELYIELD milk sensor is a must have in your dairy if you want to get the most from your herd. It measures individual cows milk yield every milking. Utilising full flow measuring technology means that milk flow is not disrupted due to complex moving parts. With iNTELYIELD you can have your herds’ production information at your fingertips, every milking, every day. Improved production, reduced animal health costs and effective herd management are just a few benefits. iNTELYIELD can be installed as a standalone sensor or connected to a full Herd Management system for optimum use results.
Key Benefits ◼◼ Measure individual cow performance with milk volume and be altered to cows that fall below expectations ◼◼ Suits most dairies with simple low cost installation ◼◼ No on-going costs - no monthly fees or internet connection required ◼◼ iNTELYIELD cleaning integrated into normal wash procedure ◼◼ Modular system with options to add components at any stage

HERD MANAGEMENT
iNTELSENSE removes the guess work from knowing the exact Somatic Cell Count (SCC) of your herd. Now you can take control of your herd health and milk quality by taking a strategic approach to managing mastitis and your Bulk Milk Somatic Cell Count (BMSCC). No more herd testing to find problem cows, iNTELSENSE ensures that a full test is completed at every milking. iNTELSENSE is an online test which is non invasive. This means that milking is not interrupted during the testing process. By simply starting the milking process, the controller takes care of the testing process and by the end of milking a cell count is displayed for your action. When connected to a management system, the cell count is recorded automatically in the database.
How it Works iNTELSENSE measures SCC by measuring the DNA released from somatic cells in the milk. The amount of DNA released is directly proportional to the number of cells in the milk. During the milking process a small sample of milk is taken and mixed with a special ‘Cell Gel’ which breaks apart the Somatic Cells. This results in a complex gel forming which is processed and sampled through the machine. The result is a cell count reading which can be displayed as a number or a band (range). The sampled mixture is then discarded externally from the milking system. The range can be compared to a traffic light; red to stop, yellow as a warning and green for all clear.
Somatic Cell Count Indicator > 2,000,000 cells/ml 800,000 to 2,000,000 cells/ml 400,000 to 800,000 cells/ml 200,000 to 400,000 cells/ml < 200,000 cells/ml
Key Features ◼◼ Strategic approach to BMSCC ◼◼ Accurate cell count of individual cows milk (weekly herd test) ◼◼ Identification of high cell count cows with no further decision making other than method of treatment ◼◼ Monitor treatments ◼◼ Not a composite (conductivity) testing method ◼◼ No interpretation - Actual measured result ◼◼ Standalone or connected to a Management Solution
