We’re half way through “PUMPKIN SPICE” season...are you still have gearhead fun...

Before I go further, just so you really know…”pumpkin spice” is really just a bunch of cinnamon added into everything...no one adds “pumpkin” into their coffee, latte’s or drinks.

Point of this is we are half way thru the fall season and in the Middle of Oct. The car scene really starts winding down across much of the USA during this time. Yea...we know you gearheads in the warmer climates like Florida and California and some of the southwestern states keep on having gearhead fun. Good for you!

While events are slowing down based on temps going down, there still is a lot of gearhead fun out there to be had. All you have to do is read this issue or checkout our website at www.gearheadgazzette.com and you will see.

While outdoor events are winding down, the indoor / winter car show scene is getting ready to crank up. See...problem solved. Let me say THANK YOU to all of you who put on all the car shows, be it one day or multi-day events so far this year. Having been involved in many many car shows over my years (too high to count), I know what kind of effort you all put into making sure us gearheads have a good time.

I hope your events were successful and for those of you who held an event for a charity, THANK YOU for helping out folks who need it more than you! Thank you also to all the “CRUISE-IN event folks too. To be dedicated enough to run a weekly for 26 weeks or more (some are run 52 weeks a year!), or a monthly event for the majority of the year...my hat is off to all of you on behalf of all of us who partake in your events.

The gearhead fun isn't done just yet. Get out in the shop and dust off your ride and go drive to an event and have some fun…. “Drive ’Em Don’t Hide ’Em”
