norwegian fish cakes jump off the shelves competition This was a Starpack Student Awards brief to create a new brand with a strong Norwegian identity and then produce innovative packaging for two premium Norwegian fish cakes to make them ‘jump off the shelves.’ The packaging had to use
sustainabl e materials where possible, have good shelf presence and use food safe materials. This project was a winner of a commended Starpack award and is featured on the Starpack website.
nescafé azera competition This was a brief set by YCN to improve the perception of Nescafé Azera by creating a new product innovation, a social media campaign and an in-store campaign.
This response was a collaborative effort, with the main innovation being a coffee shot dispenser with other products that the consumer can take with them ‘on-the-go.’
two halves of print self initiated Fully screen printed book with exampl es of different print techniques that are possible to do at Leeds College of Art. It is a z-bind split into processes and finishes.
tommy: the movie self intiated Alternative movie poster for the 1975 film based on the album Tommy by The Who. The poster’s imagery is inspired by the pinball machines that changed Tommy’s life.
goostree designs live brief Logo and branding created for a client’s gardening business. A simple logo was created that would be easily transferrable across a range of media.
ancient egypt website self initiated This brief was to create a more user friendly website about Ancient Egypt for children than most of the ones that exist currently. I used scanned hand drawn images to illustrate the text in bright colours
to make it more child friendly. I proposed that it would be a responsive design to apply to phones and tablets as well as normal displays.
type factory self initiated Branding for a new museum about Typography situated in New York City. It features an exhibition focusing on the typographic work of Milton Glaser with an accompanying exhibition guide.
