• Lead the implementation of strategic frameworks and approaches that ensure a resilient workplace culture that will enable a curious, caring and skilled team across our libraries • Lead the development and execution of a proactive safety culture • Design and implement best practise change and communications strategies and frameworks to support new services and systems • Increase membership and visitation through strategic and innovative communications • Embed an innovative approach to attract partner investors, build our retail brand and venue hire revenue, underpinned by robust and transparent systems and reporting • Contribution to the development of a high performing Executive Leadership Team that collaborates on organisational-wide issues and initiatives
