Internationalization stage
Gehl San Francisco
In the last 3 years we have opened offices in NYC & SF and have initiated the start-up of Gehl Institute. For the next 3 years, we will primarily focus on the ‘markets close to us’ and on creating 'market making' in the Asia/ Australia region and in South America. We will evaluate our market opportunities towards the end of the strategy period in 2019 to see if we are ready to set up other offices in the Asia/Australia region or in South America. We will allow a small amount of our work to be ‘opportunistic’ and explorative, where we follow existing clients and international organization into other parts of the world that are in great need of our services.
