A message for all the services we help to promote in West Sussex For 19 years we have gathered, managed and promoted information about help services in West Sussex, benefiting residents needing support and service providers wishing to increase their reach to the people they help. Following the loss of funding by West Sussex County Council, we need to generate income to continue providing this valuable West Sussex service. As well as reviewing our processes, we are planning how we can sustain the service and will shortly be writing to all organisations in our community database with a new proposition that ensures people in West Sussex are not disadvantaged by lack of information. People seeking help need access to accurate and up to date information. If your organisation is on our database, please ensure you keep the details up to date by using the online updating facility whenever there is a change to make. You will need the PIN number provided with your last update reminder. We look forward to continuing to work together to support people in your community, in West Sussex and further afield.

New Helplines Directory! We have launched a new national Helplines Directory on the Helplines Partnership website. The Directory contains lists of helplines in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, covering a comprehensive and wide range of themes and need. Take a look at: www.helplines.org/find-a-helpline.html

Web-building service We are expanding our web-building service! We design and build low-cost websites for organisations (voluntary and commercial) to enable them to promote their work online with the minimum of effort and expense. Discounted prices will be offered to Helplines Partnership members. A local membership package is also being developed that will offer discounts to groups and services in West Sussex. For more information please contact Gemma on 01903 859928

ICIS service will be closed from Monday 23 December 2013 to Monday 6th January 2014. rd
