VENUE GENERAL INFORMATION WE LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU TO THE BRITANNIA STADIUM HOME OF STOKE CITY FOOTBALL CLUB. WE RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT YOU ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES THAT HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO ASSIST YOU THROUGHOUT YOUR VISIT TO OUR STADIUM.


DO’S • Do make sure you’ve planned your journey or have arranged accommodation. • Do allow plenty of time for your journey. • Do keep your personal belongings & tickets safe at all times. • Do bring some sensible clothing & sun protection. • Do use the bins & toilets that will be provided. • Do use official vendors for merchandising only. • Do follow instruction from stewards at all times. DON’TS • Don’t park in the nearby streets as you will get a parking ticket. • Don’t bring any food or drink into the stadium as it will be confiscated. • Don’t bring umbrellas as they will be confiscated. • Don’t bring any kind of audio or visual recording equipment. • Don’t bring flags or banners they restrict views & will be confiscated. • Don’t smoke inside or outside the stadium. There is no re-admittance if you leave the stadium. • Don’t bring your own seating. • Don’t arrive before the gate opening time of 5.00pm. ACCESS We have 2,000 unreserved parking spaces available across the West 1, West 2, North and South car parks, priced at £10 each and allocated on a first come first served basis. Spaces can be purchased in person at the Britannia Stadium Ticket Office or by calling (01782) 367599. Car parks will open at 4pm. Please don’t arrive earlier as you won’t be allowed access. If you don’t have a car parking ticket these can be purchased on the gate (subject to availability). Gates to the stadium will open at 5pm. Please follow instructions on your ticket for gate entry.

A resident’s only parking scheme is in place in the streets around the Britannia Stadium which is rigidly enforced – signage is in place. Spectators who park in any area where this system is in operation should note that their vehicle may be clamped or removed – spectators are asked to respect the needs of local residents. TICKETS Your ticket is your ticket for entry. Proceed straight to the ticket scanners if you have a ticket. Customers collecting tickets should park their car first, or be dropped off. The ticket office is located at the front of the stadium adjacent to the shop for ticket collections and on the day purchases. The ticket office will be open on Saturday 14th June from 9am onwards. SEATING This is an all reserved seating concert. WEATHER The concert will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather so be sure to bring suitable clothing for all weather conditions.This includes sunscreen! Please do not bring umbrellas as they are not permitted into the concert area as they restrict the view of others. REFRESHMENTS IN ADDITION to the concourse kiosks which will be serving a variety of food and drink there will also be two food courts located beside each entrance. These areas will be open from 5.00pm so why not have a drink and something to eat, take in the atmosphere rather than sitting in traffic! We will have bars offering beer, wine and soft drinks as well as a Champagne, Strawberries & Pimms bar for those wishing to treat themselves.


A selection of food will also be available – the Chilli Shack will be selling Chilli Con Carne served with Rice or Nachos plus a Street Eats kiosk which will be offering a delicious variety of Wraps, Rotis and filled Naans.

CAMERAS & RECORDING EQUIPMENT Please do not bring anything that could be deemed as professional photography or recording equipment into the venue, as it will be confiscated & returned to you after the event.

WHY NOT PRE ORDER A DRINKS PACKAGE WHICH CAN BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE?

FIRST AID A first aid point is situated within the venue and is clearly signposted. Any steward will be pleased to direct you.

Simply collect it on the night from the dedicated collection point which will be located within each food court!

Your order will be acknowledged by e-mail and you will then be asked to confirm your contact details and preferred method of payment. This can be direct debit or credit card (AMEX not accepted). Please note the cut off for placing orders is Friday 6th June. Orders placed after this date will not be accepted.

DISABLED INFORMATION There will be dedicated disabled viewing areas in the concert area. Disabled ticket holders will be directed to the disabled area. A maximum of 1 wheelchair guest and 1 carer per booking is allowed within these areas. KEEP UP TO DATE Our Twitter will have the very latest information on the day. We ask that you check this before travelling to the concert, as well as accessing exclusive information during the event. The stadium operates a zero tolerance policy in relation to this matter. Any spectator identified as smoking will be ejected from the premises.
