WEST HALL

FOOTBALL EDITION

2014

Letter from the Principal Good Evening Spartans and visitors, It is again time for Friday night lights…. I would like to welcome all family, friends, students and alumni, to another football season in Sparta. We are honored that you are here to support these fine young men, Coach Lotti, and his terrific staff. We are coming off one of the best seasons in recent history and look forward to building on that experience. Our coaches and players have had a great summer preparing for what we hope is another terrific season in Sparta. Win or lose, our young men are being mentored by some of the finest coaches in our state. They are learning lessons about life through football and that is what is most important! As I start my first football season as the Principal of this wonderful institution, I am amazed at the ability of this community to always come out and support us in all we do. I appreciate you all and

hope this will continue to grow into a home field advantage that is second to none. We need everyone to be positive, and show good sportsmanship to our guests… but bring the noise when our team needs us the most! We are very proud of our facilities and are growing them as well. We need everyone’s help to take care of the grounds and in doing so please use all receptacles when disposing of trash. If you do have an issue please report it to one of our game manager’s or Sherriff officers and we will gladly help in any way possible. We hope that your experience here on our campus is a great one. Again welcome all and as always….

GO SPARTANS!!

Mr. Scott Justus, Principal

Good Evening Spartans, It’s Friday night in Sparta, and welcome to the Hot Gates! As we kick off this muchanticipated season, we are so excited for the players, coaches, and families in the Spartan Nation. Many tough hours of work on and off the field have brought us to this point, and it is with great enthusiasm that we usher in this new season of West Hall Football. The lessons of strong character, dedication, teamwork, and determination all play out on the gridiron, further building upon the solid foundation that is the Spartan Experience. Thank you for your support of the student body, athletes, and faculty of West Hall High School as we strive to maintain an outstanding athletics program conducted in a manner that sets an example for good sportsmanship. As we enjoy tonight’s competition, please do so in a way that promotes our proud institution and makes our visitors feel welcome.

Thank you all, and Go Spartans! Ethan Banks Athletic Director 2014

CAMERON,

Sweetheart we have watched you grow into a wonderful young man that we are proud to call our son. We have tried with God’s guidance to instill inside you the tools you will need to carry on the next phase of your journey. Know that if you keep God first and foremost and always try to do what is right in the eyes of God then you will always succeed, no matter what the outcome maybe. Remember that your family loves you and that we will always be the wind beneath your wings and the firm hand in the center of your back. All our love: Dad, Mom, Jamie, Taylor, Shakari, Christopher, Christian, Casen, Grace, your grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Jeremiah 29:11-13 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. (NIV) Isaiah 41:10 so do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. (NIV) Numbers 6: 24-26 "The LORD bless you and keep you; 25 the LORD make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; 26 the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace." In Jesus's name.
