1. In case projects are located in the Promoted Zones for Specific Industries in the Eastern Special Development Zone as follows:

EECa, Eastern Airport City

EECi, Innovation Platform

EECd, Digital Park

EECmd, Medical Hub

EECg, Genomics Thailand

EECtp, Tech Park Ban Chang

2. In case projects are located in the industrial estate or promoted industrial zone in the areas of Chachoengsao, Chon Buri and Rayong, additional incentives shall be granted for industrial area development.
