In 2020, the GTCC Corporate Services Department organised yet again a great variety of exclusive target group-specific projects, business delegations, events and workshops that were aimed at promoting bilateral trade relations between Thailand and Germany. In response to the extraordinary circumstances related to the Covid-19 pandemic a wide range of these activities had been organised as digital formats. There were approximately nine consultancy conferences/seminars (one physical event and eight webinars) in addition to four business delegations (one physical and three virtual delegations).

In addition, (virtual) projects under the framework of the German Chamber ASEAN Business Council (GCABC) were supported. The department processed around 850 business and trade requests in 2020.
