À l’Expo Je Cours Qc, passez au kiosque Accompagnateur. Nous vous proposerons l’itinéraire parfait pour suivre votre participant. Check in at the Supporters’ Booth at the Je Cours Qc Expo. We’ll be happy to suggest the best places to catch a glimpse of your favorite runners on the course.

Enregistrez-lui un message audio sur l’application Motigo. Download the Motigo mobile app and record an audio message to cheer them on through their ear buds during the race.

Concevez votre pancarte d’encouragement au kiosque Saucony. Disponible à l’Expo Je Cours Qc et sur le site d’arrivée. Download the Stop by the Saucony booth to make your own sign to cheer your favorite runners on. Or, you can always grab a ready-made one from the finish area.

Le dimanche 13 octobre, les sociétés de développement commercial et associations de gens d’affaires traversées par le parcours créeront un accueil inoubliable aux coureurs et marcheurs, mais également aux accompagnateurs et spectateurs.

On Sunday, October 13, the main commercial areas along the course will be decked out in their finest colours to give runners, walkers, companions and spectators an experience to remember, and it’s all thanks to the local business development and merchants’ associations.

SITE DE DÉPART

Le site de départ est situé au Parc de l’Amérique Française et l’arche de départ des épreuves du dimanche est directement sur le boulevard René-Lévesque. Soyez-y pour vivre le coup d’envoi!

The start area is located at Parc de l’Amérique Française park and the start line arch for Sunday’s events is directly on René-Lévesque Boulevard. Make sure to be there to cheer everyone on!

MAGUIRE

The heart of the Sillery neighborhood is going to be pumping to the beat of the band in place. Come check out the parties on the patios along the whole avenue.

LIMOILOU

Rendez-vous à la «Place Limouloise», située à l’intersection de la 3e Avenue, de la 6e Rue et du chemin de la Canardière, et joignez-vous à DJ BU sur place pour supporter les coureurs.

“Place Limouloise” at the intersection of 3rd Avenue, 6th Street and Chemin de la Canardière is the place to be in this part of town, where there’ll be DJ BU live on site to give runners and walkers a boost.

MONTCALM

Au coin de la Grande-Allée et de l’avenue Cartier, à la fontaine Wallace, profitez d’un air de jazz.

There’ll be an air of jazz floating on the breeze at the Wallace Fountain by the intersection of Grande-Allée and Cartier Avenue. Ah, now that’s music to your ears, right?

SAINT-ROCH

Des fanions décoreront la rue Saint-Joseph telle une haie d’honneur pour les participants de 42.2km et 21.1km. Sortez votre caméra !

Saint-Joseph Street in the lower town will be festooned with flags for the occasion to lift the spirits of all the 42.2K marathon and 21.1K halfmarathon runners as they pass by. Talk about a great opportunity to snap a photo or two!

La renommée Grande Allée marque la fin du parcours 100 % Québec. Venez accueillir et féliciter les coureurs et marcheurs dans la zone festive située à la Place George V.

The legendary Grande Allée marks the final stretch of the new course showcasing the best of Quebec City, so there’s no better place to come out and cheer on the runners and walkers. The party zone at the end of Grand Allée in Place George V.

Applaudissez les milliers de participants sur les rues Saint-Jean et Saint-Louis et déambulez dans ce quartier, joyau du patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO.

Give a big hand to the thousands of runners and walkers as you enjoy a stroll down Saint-Jean or Saint-Louis Street in this historic gem of a neighborhood that’s proud to be a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

PETIT-CHAMPLAIN

La rue du Cul-de-Sac et ses dizaines de parapluies multicolores est LE spot photo pour immortaliser les efforts de vos amis coureurs.

SAINT-SAUVEUR

Vous êtes attendus à la Placette St-Sauveur lors de l’originale tombée de pétales soulignant le passage des coureurs. Boissons chaudes servies sur place.

And everyone is welcome down at the Placette StSauveur for a special petal shower to celebrate runners as they pass this point on the course. Hot beverages will be provided along the course to help keep you warm and toasty.

Time to clap your hands, cheer at the top of your lungs and make some serious noise ! There’s something very special about seeing the participants achieve what they set out to do and cross the finish line. Sometimes it’s such an emotional experience it’s enough to give you goosebumps! Remember, when it comes to the crowd at the finish line, it’s always the more, the merrier !
