Once upon a time about 25 years ago, I embarked on a new chapter in my life which felt like a far, far away time and at the same time just yesterday I have been the owner of a Thai restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand I loved my job and have found my prince Charming. Life was beautiful. Then in the middle of my fairy tale life, I lost my mentor, guide, best friend, my inspiration and motivation… my Mom Srichan. Anyone who has lost their Mother can relate that you are never prepared for that moment She was ill from cancer She was saying goodbye too soon and it happened within 2 months after we found out that she was ill

My mom, my “FairyMother'' created this magical childhood for me. We cooked together, slept together, did incredible and exciting things together and she instilled in me that I could be and do anything I wanted to do in my life with hard work, sincerity, empathy and passion My mom always told me to be kind

Was she a perfect mom? No, she wasn’t But I love her anyway She was the best mom I can ever imagine I was so lucky to have her.

So, why am I telling you this? Because the GEW Magazine was created in October 2021, when we launched our first Magazine back in January 2022, we had a reason for doing so A motivation A desire for wanting to create a publication that was different from anything that we could find out on the stands Sure there were lots of entrepreneurs and leadership magazines. But, we didn’t want to be just another entrepreneurs or leadership Magazine We want to inspire people as my mom had inspired me At GEW Magazine, we want to create a magazine that is relatable to women and people of all ages and that would feature a creative talent pursuing their dreams

“GEW A Magazine dedicated to anyone who has been inspired to pursue their dreams by someone they love. Who has the courage to be authentic, feels confident and creates a profound connection ” this has always been our MISSION

And so, for our GEW October 1st, issue 11, we are celebrating the reason we started the GEW Magazine by featuring our very first Lebanese woman, Rana Jammoul like the rest of our Role Model. As we worked with Rana and heard her stories, we were so impressed by the quality, creativity and leadership skill from all that she has been through We salute her My team and I decided to increase her presence and her background in this issue that make her stand out Abdur Rahaman, a Bangladeshi man, he is our creative designer and he did a very great job Abdur has been working with us for a few months and is always up for anything we ask of him. It gives us great pleasure to surprise this team with our Inspirational Lebanese Woman on the Cover!

And, as you’ll see through this issue, it is all about INSPIRATION! Read Rana Jammoul on page 10 and see why we think this woman deserves all of our honor and is a woman we look up to

The romance, the self confidence, the body language, the health, the money, their stories, our story… It all adds up to 1 year of producing a magazine that has felt like an enchanted fairytale It’s been a beautiful book of love to create for you, our fans You are our CROWNING GLORY We hope you get caught up in the magic of Fairytales & Inspirational Women in this issue of GEW because we know we are going to live happily ever after because of the support of our loyal fans.

Here’s to creating more magic & inspiration in 2022!

To BE Continued

This issue is dedicated to my beautiful daughter, Amy, for inspiring me everyday through her strength, her smile, laughter, love and faithfulness Amy reminds me of my great mom You will be forever my (S)hero, Amy and mom

The Story of an

ARAB WOMANARAB WOMAN

Who turned challenges into leadership opportunities

RANAJAMMOUL

Managing Challenges is an opportunity to improve our leadership skills.

0ur life is a succession of journeys that are full of discoveries and learnings However, the ride will not always be smooth, and may consist of obstacles and challenges Properly managing them will help us improve our leadership skills To achieve this, we need to take charge of our life and have the courage to venture into an inner journey to connect to ourselves, and our core values & spirituality

Every woman has a unique story to tell, lessons to teach and wisdom to share I am going to reveal some of the journeys that I ventured into and the challenges I faced both on a personal and professional level I would like to share with you what helped me to smoothly navigate through a sequence of life transitions, and how I made a shift from being an employee to a full time mom to an entrepreneur

I hope that sharing my story will inspire every woman to have the courage to express herself, share her own story and make an impact in this world

Ihave a great passion for sharing knowledge and supporting individuals I enjoy family gatherings, travelling, exploring new places, spending time in nature, practicing yoga and meditation I like to savor special moments with family and friends, and enjoy capturing pictures. Lastly, I am a dreamer, risk taker, explorer, and knowledge & wisdom seeker. I trust my intuition and strongly believe that whatever happens to me is by God’s will; it is a gift and a blessing even if I am not able to perceive it as such. This leads me to believe that going through challenges is a test for my faith, my patience, and my ability to surrender to reach contentment.

The Childhood Journey

Iwas born in Lebanon. I grew up during a period of civil war and turbulent times, which I survived despite all the hardships. Yet, like so many Lebanese people, I am still going through the process of healing from the wounds related to the memories and traumas of this challenging period; hiding in the shelter, hearing the sounds of bombs and missiles, relocating homes, feeling insecure and in danger, fearing of being killed when going to school or University, loosing relatives and friends in addition to coping with difficult living conditions such as lack of food, water, and electricity.

Despite all these challenges, I didn’t stop dreaming that one day Lebanon will be a safe and stable country. I pursued my education and obtained a master’s degree in business management.

Going through hardships during the war didn’t stop me from dreaming and pursuing higher education
Education is the only weapon in your hand.
My dad used to say:

The Migration Journey

Due to the challenging economic situation, it was hard for a young Lebanese couple to find a well-paid job, get married, and buy or rent a house, and build a family. The only available alternative was to migrate. Therefore, my partner and I ventured into a journey in 1995. It was very tough for us to leave everything behind: our country, parents, family, and our friends, and venture into the unknown. We had one asset in our hands, our education. We took the plane heading to Dubai, United Arab Emirates with the dream that we will be back soon, how soon? We had no clue. With sadness filling our hearts, we left but had a strong desire to provide our children with a better quality of life, safe environment and with the possibility of having access to education without restoring to any financial support.

The woman I am today is the byproduct of all the challenging experiences I went through.

The career Journey The career Journey

My career was "non conventional by all means” It was marked by major career shifts between different positions and industries I started in the banking sector for few years, pursued different opportunities, and worked for reputed Multinational Companies. My background in business studies didn’t stop me from exploring different industries, such as venturing into the medical sector and the personal development field.

While I was focusing on building a successful career and reaching senior positions, I was going through an internal conflict, and feeling guilty for not spending enough time with my daughter. However, in 2001, everything changed. My second child was born, I left the corporate world and became a stay at home mum, which was a new experience for me. My priorities shifted to enjoy being a mum and taking care of myself as woman. Soon enough, I realized that the role of a mother is a fulltime job and that a woman is a leader at home, and the main pillar for a well established home.

fulfilling that role, she needs to possess leadership skills to take decisions, build quality relationships and manage family dynamics, conflicts, and challenges. In one word, a woman is the founder of future leaders.

the role of mum, cherishing the time with my kids, I still had dreams to realize and hidden potentials yet to discover. Therefore, I started seeking opportunities to create a balance between my personal & professional life. So, I started teaching Marketing courses at University, then became a marketing consultant, later a freelancer and finally ventured into Entrepreneurship in 2006.

I was seeking career opportunities that will help me create a balance between my personal and professional life.

The personal Development Journey

It started in 2007. During that time, I was managing my own company, a recruitment and consultant agency , based in Dubai. I had no idea about the personal development field until I came across coaching through an old friend of mine. I knew I have a passion for helping people which led me to take the first steps in exploring various modalities like life coaching, relationship and team coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programing, Relationship and communication, and energy healing I realized that the journey of self development is a long life journey, and I am committed to pursue it till my last breath

The journey of Returning home

Missing Lebanon and dreaming of returning home kept haunting me throughout 14 years of living in Dubai. Moreover in 2009, due to the challenging economic situation, I decided to return with my husband and my 3 kids to live in my hometown Beirut, Lebanon Even though I was excited to go back home, I didn’t expect that this will be a very challenging year in my life, while my husband was based in Cyprus This was the first time we get separated as family; my children were not able to adjust to living in Lebanon since they were all born in Dubai It was difficult for them to build new friendships, cope with a new environment, and with a different educational system

As for me, it was hard to start all over again I decided to build again connections and establish my business from scratch Later, I realized that “I am not starting from scratch, rather I am starting a new chapter of my life” and I will be using all the skills, experiences, knowledge, and expertise acquired

On another level, since I grew up during the war, I didn’t expect my children to go through a similar harsh experience: living in Lebanon, in an insecure environment, hearing bombs & missiles, and seeing people being killed However, I realized I cannot protect or prevent them from going through these challenges and hardships, these are part of their experiences, learnings, and their leadership journeys

I am not starting from scratch; I am starting a new chapter of my life.

Moving back to Lebanon in 2009, I faced a lot of challenges on a personal and professional levels. I felt overwhelmed, frustrated, and angry; I didn’t know how to seek support nor had adequate strategies to handle the challenges I faced. Therefore, from 2012 till 2018, I ventured into a journey to acquire an in depth understanding of professional and personal relationships, team and family dynamics and non violent communication; As a result, I applied strategies that helped enhance the quality of my relationship with myself and others. This inspired me to share my expertise and wisdom with individuals mainly women to improve the quality of their relationships and the way they communicate with themselves and others.

In 2019, Lebanon was becoming a challenging country to live in so I decided to move back to Dubai with my family. In 2020, the pandemic of COVID-19 affected different aspects of our life including the way we do business. These factors motivated me to pivot my business and I started offering webinars and online programs (in Arabic and English). In addition, I participated as a speaker in various virtual events, and attended virtual summits. In 2021, I focused on establishing Relationship Journeys LLC, a company based in Dubai that offers strategies to individuals mainly women to manage challenges and turn them into leadership opportunities and become influential leaders.

The Relationship Journey

I applied strategies and proven systems to improve the quality my relationship with myself and others.

I am committed to continue exploring new journeys, yet to be shared...

Throughout my journeys, my priorities changed and impacted the choices I made. At the same time, I didn’t let other people’s experiences, neither their limiting beliefs nor their fears hinder me from pursuing my passion and realizing my dreams. I didn’t want to let their stories become mine, I wanted to craft my own.

As a woman leader, I am still navigating through new life transitions, different experiences and various challenges that will constantly help refine my leadership skills and grow on many levels: personally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I am committed to continue exploring new journeys, yet to be shared…

Connections

Why do we need connections?

We all crave connection: Connection to others, the world around us, and something bigger than ourselves We long for meaning in our lives and want to feel like we are part of something special

Positive connections are essential in all parts of our lives (family, friends, partners) Connections can provide support, advice, and a sense of belonging They can be a source of encouragement and inspiration and help us see the world in new and exciting ways

In the world of business, connections are necessary to thrive; connecting with other entrepreneurs to build a strong network, connecting with customers and clients to create lasting relationships, or connecting with leaders in your industry to gain insights and inspiration But how do we go about creating these connections?

Here are a few tips:

Get involved in your community. (There are many ways to get involved, from volunteering to attending local events. Volunteering is a terrific way to meet new people and learn about different interests and perspectives.)

Join a club or group. (Whether you are interested in sports or the arts or want to meet people with similar interests, joining a club or group is a fantastic way to connect.)

Attend social & networking events. (Social events are suitable places to meet new people. You never know who you will meet or what conversation you'll have!)

Social Media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram(Participate by engaging or commenting)

Ask friends/colleagues/clients for introductions or referrals. (Sometimes our friends are the best resource for making new connections.)

Be open to new experiences/opportunities. Trying new things is a way to expand your horizons and meet new people.

THE ULTIMATE RECIPE FOR ETERNAL HAPPINESS IS THE BALANCE BETWEEN HEALTH AND WEALTH!HEALTH AND WEALTH!

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, he said:

Iencourage every single soul on this planet to create wealth, but what is wealth?

Wealth measures the value of all the assets of worth owned by a person, community, company, or country.

Imagine for one moment that your health is your greatest wealth, could that make sense to you? How many of you realize that when we feel sick, our performance, mood and entrepreneurial spirit are greatly reduced What we also realize is that when we feel super energetic and healthy we don't really consciously think about illness and feeling sick. Now be honest, how many of you like to be sick? What we certainly know is that when we feel sick we would rather consciously feel energized and healthy, don’t we?

I can hear you thinking: “But how can I keep my health and wealth in balance?” Isn’t it?

“Many people sacrifice their health in order to create their wealth, then they have to sacrifice their wealth to recuperate their health.”

GEW MAGAZINE I ISSUE 11 I P2022 AGE 24

Measuring the pH value of your Body will indicate how much acidity or alkalinity your body contains Note that Acidity is the breeding ground for diseases and illnesses and in the end cancer It is created by your eating patterns, drinking habits, the air you breath and your thought patterns Alkalinity is the breeding ground for energy also based on the above!

Acidification can be easily measured via the urine With test strips available in most pharmacies,

you can get an indication of the degree of acidification in your body

Would you agree that too much sugar, polluted air and negative thoughts have an influence on our metabolism and state of mind?

In my next article I’ll dive deeper into your eating patterns, drinking habits, the air you breath and your thought patterns

NADIA NBURMAN ADIA BURMAN

Body Language expert, trainer and consultant

In my previous article in GEW 10 I talked about confidence and body language.

I would like to thank everyone who, after reading that, sent questions for help and started a coaching session. In the meantime, I am busy recording an online program so that everyone can follow the coaching process at their pace.

Building your self-confidence and your trust in others is a very personal process that cannot be taken for granted, especially after a toxic relationship.

To find yourself again, it is important to know who YOU are and who you surround yourself with.

You know the saying “If you sleep with the dog, You’ll catch the flees”

It is a fact that the energy you radiate also returns to you.

If you walk around depressed and complaining every day, you will certainly attract depressed, complaining and negative people into your life.

You've certainly noticed, if you're prospecting when you're having a bad day, and you think

“ Gosh I'm definitely going to have difficult people on the phone!”

And what do you get?

A whole day of difficult people on the phone

What helped for me was understanding how our brain works and leveling up with people who radiate the same energy as I do

If you walk around happy, full of energy and in a good mood every day, those will be the people you attract into your life.

In order to find out who I am (especially if I have an important business meeting) I evaluate myself and my feelings every day, before I step out the door. Because my body language will subconsciously determine others' reaction to the conversation.

I do this according to the color DISC method, 80% of the time I am 50% red and 50% yellow. Some days I am more red than yellow and sometimes even the colours green or blue are involved.

Trust is like paper, if it's ever crumpled it can never be perfect again!
What you radiate comes back, energy is everything.
GEW MAGAZINE I ISSUE 11 I P2022 AGE 27

What is the DISC METHOD?

The DISC method maps out a person's preferred styles, strengths, communication and growth opportunities. DISC consists of 4 different main styles (D, I, S, and C) and is powerful in its simplicity.

Colors are used here to explore personalities and give you an insight into your own personality and others.

Imagine: You have an appointment tonight with someone who is very interested in your project and your coaching program. Nevertheless, the emails that were sent and the telephone intake conversations have raised a lot of questions for you and you don't really know what to expect from your appointment. You are on a completely different level in terms of energy and yet you want to help that person to solve his issues in his business and daily life

How are you going to handle this?

Ask open questions: who, what, where, when, why and how questions

Listen sincerely to the person you are having a conversation with

Let someone tell their story, so you can connect and understand this person's vision better

Look at the person, is it an introvert or an extrovert? Is he open or closed, is it easy to tell about himself or is it more difficult?

Does he like certainty or take more risks? Is he dominant,

Read body language: are the things that are said congruent with his body language or is it contradictory? We will elaborate on this in a future article

Find the points where your energy does match and adapt to the personality of the person you are talking to, be a chameleon

The moment this person feels that he is fully understood and that he has and does certain things the same as you, that is the moment that person feels a connection and where you level up on the same level. This is the moment where a real connection is created, the moment that the person feels heard and can put trust in you

1. 6. 7. 2. 3. 4. 5. GEW MAGAZINE I ISSUE 11 I P2022 AGE 28

When you find a connection with someone, if someone feels understood and heard, there will be fewer arguments against your proposition once you move on to the quotation and closing phase. However, when one feels ignored and misunderstood, more questions and even more doubts will arise here.

Suppose you have a yellow/red personality like me and you have an appointment with someone who has a green personality

I am full of energy, I am exuberant, positive, enterprising and I like to take risks, a green person on the other hand is calm, calculated, wants to pour everything into a planning and especially bite sized information and brochures. This person does not like taking risks at all and prefers to stay in their comfort zone and love certainty.

How can you convince someone like that to work with you?

Make sure you give this person what he needs, a detailed quote, an extensive

We got two ears and one mouth, use them wisely.
GEW MAGAZINE I ISSUE 11 I P2022 AGE 29

Confirm what he thinks

How would you feel if you met someone who completely understands you?

You would indeed feel fantastic! People will never forget how you made them feel, don't forget that!

By creating a connection and trust, you will win a customer, friend, partner who is satisfied and who will make positive statements about you and your business And that's what we all want, isn't it?

By practicing leveling with people, you gain trust from your customers, friends, partner and your self confidence will also grow massively because of your good results! At that point you will create momentum in your life!

Practice the leveling every day!

You can always call me if you need confirmation of anything.

POWERFUL WORDSOF AFFIRMATION

THEPOWERFULWORDSOF AFFIRMATION

You have a breathtaking future ahead where you are empowered, enriched, engaged and full of excitement about the possibilities in your love life and an amazing relationship you deserve.

After launching our GEW Magazine issue 10, I got positive feedback from my last article in issue 10 I wrote about the 7 Love Languages Many women reach out and are willing to learn more about the 7 love languages method, so I decided to dive deeper into the details in this article, which mean, I will deliver in chapters, so you can also use this powerful method of having a true love that lasts and experiencing a juicy and happy relationship, before you meet them, during relationship and after 10 years in marriage and more

I am so excited about sharing this with you as I am helping countless clients to feel happy, confident in their skin, be the best version of themselves, become a beautiful lover who receives respect and support from their masculine partner, be a powerful feminine leader in their business and be a Queen in their relationship.

You can BE and HAVE the same, too.

My question for you is: Are you excited to get all of that in your love life?

And the next question for you is: Are you ready to get all of that above in your love life?

Did I hear you say “yes” Awesome! So let's get you started

GEW MAGAZINE I ISSUE 11 I P2022 AGE 32

I had a female client in 2020, her name was Natacha Natacha is 49 years old, a Yoga teacher, the owner of a Yoga center and a mother of a 27 year old son. She had a relationship for the last 3 years with a man, he was called Koen. She told me about Koen, that Koen loves her so much. He shared his love by buying flowers for her, cooking dinner, doing laundry, and taking her out for dinner twice a month. However, Koen often gets easily angry, and jealous, especially when she has male clients. Koen cheated on her once, he admitted it. Koen uses words that are painful to Natacha, he says often “You are a stupid woman, you don’t know how much I love you” or “You are an ugly woman”.

Natacha feels sad about that and asks him to stop it He said to her “ I only was joking, I don’t want to harm you but you make too much drama out of it.”. Natacha feels a lack of energy, she gains weight, feels lack of confidence, feels unsexy, anxious and unhappy. Natacha wants to quit her relationship.

If you can see, there are words that drain Natacha’s energy in her relationship, a big part of it are words that pull her down and make her feel “not enough.”

Be a beautiful lover who receives respect and support from your masculine man, be a powerful feminine leader in your business and be a Queen in your relationship.
Words of affirmation:

You are stupid woman (stupid)

You don’t know, how much I love you (don’t know)

You are an ugly woman (ugly)

I don’t want to harm you (don’t want, harm)

You make too much drama out of it (too much, drama)

I gave Natacha tools and strategies that help her release those negative blockages and understand what is going on, and how to solve this challenge.

If you have ever dealt with a partner like Koen, there is a way to get rid of it.

As I mentioned earlier in my article in issue 10 about words can cheer you up and it can also tear you down. Especially if it comes from the person that you love.

Words are energy. Where you focus on is what you become.

So be very conscious about words you use to others and to yourself.

These are an example of negative words from Koen toward Natacha

Me time:1

Find a quiet place for you alone at least 60 minutes a day Just being with yourself and no one else around Do anything you like or try something new, I personally love me time so much

I write articles for our GEW Magazine and write my book, the more I write the more focused I become I read a lot, the more I read the more I relax myself and learn along the way I also love to walk in nature and take a picnic with me for lunch Sometimes I go walking on my own and often I go with friends Together, we walk for 3 5 hours

Natacha likes taking pictures of nature, and Yoga So she chooses photography as her new hobby She enjoys her Yoga in nature or on the beach, alone Because of doing it, she found a new opportunity and found a way to combine the joy in her life and her work In 2020 she invited her clients to have Yoga sessions with her on the beach,on the hills or in the park instead of giving her session in the Yoga center Natacha’s clients enjoy it so much, she tripled her price and clients are happy to pay for it It was not a surprise for me that Natacha has more clients than ever before

Words can cheer you up and it can also tear you down. Especially if it comes from the person that you love.
The 8 powerful tools and strategies that helped Natacha to feel enough, and own her worth. You can do it to:

for example: painting, walking in nature, swimming, a picnic, reading a book or magazine, writing articles, bicycle, hiking, photography, listen to your favorite music, sing and dance and more

Natacha is also feeling much happiness, smiles more and laughs more. She still schedules me time 60 minutes a day, on her own.

Why me-time is so important?

Me time helps our busy brain to unplug and unwind In doing so we relieve stress which helps us sleep better, gives us more control over our moods, increases our patience level, and helps us to live in the moment

I highly recommend creating a ME TIME, today If you have already done it, great! Congratulations

If you don’t have it yet, you can still do it You don’t have to do it perfectly, just be creative and start with something small like reading or writing 15 minutes a day

Let me know how it goes for you!

Powerful meditation:

Sit down in your favorite place, if you don’t have it yet, create one Create a room or choose a corner and make it the most peaceful and loving corner in the house You can add plans, flowers, Buddha statues, stones, quotes, books, music, etc use a Tantra meditation or Vipassana meditation audio guidance or music in your meditation practice If you do it well, these meditations can be very powerful, and it can be done in less than 15 minutes

You don’t have to do it perfectly, just be creative and start with something small like reading or writing 15 minutes a day.

I meditate 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before I go to bed You can choose what’s best for you The most important thing is to find the right time for you

Natacha uses Tantric meditation guidance that I recorded in an audio file especially for her She chooses to do 15 minutes of Tantric meditation in the morning. It helps her to feel secure, start her day with joy, feeling gratitude, and feeling energized.

Breath-Work:3

Magic happens when you are conscious about your breath.

What happens during breathwork? During breathwork you intentionally change your breathing pattern. There are many forms of breathwork therapy that involve breathing in a conscious and systematic way. Many people find breathwork promotes deep relaxation or leaves them feeling energized

How to do it?

To start, focus on the natural rhythm of your breath to obtain a baseline length of each inhale and exhale Then breathe in for 7 seconds, and exhale for 7 seconds, do it 3 times

Next, breathe in deeply for 7 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds and breathe out slowly for 7 seconds, do it 3 times

If you do it well, these meditations can be very powerful, and it can be done in less than 15 minutes.

Next level, breathe in deeply for 14 seconds, hold your breath for 14 seconds and breathe out slowly for 14 seconds

Do it as many times a day as much as you can, wherever you want and whenever you want It can be when you drive the car, cook, do the laundry, watch your favorite movie, have a Zoom meeting with clients or even when you are at the dinner table, etc

Why is breathwork so powerful?

Breathwork supports so many of the challenges everyone experiences It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection Breathwork also helps release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger

Gratitude:

Write down 7 things a day of what you are grateful for.. Feel grateful for all you have today, that energy will return in a beautiful way!

In positive psychology research gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness Gratitude helps people feel more positive, have good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.

According to Dr Robert Emmons, a leading researcher on the topic, there are three stages of gratitude:

Recognizing what we are grateful for.

Acknowledging it.

Appreciating it.

In other words, appreciation is the final component and the last stage in the gratitude process

After 3 days of this powerful exercise, Natacha feels relaxed and happy

She accepts and appreciates what she already has She found out and noticed that Koen is also more relaxed, more smiling, more laughing and looks happier

Self-Appreciation:5

Find 7 things a day on what you appreciate about yourself and write it down.

Self Appreciation is about consciously acknowledging the positive within you without the need to compare yourself to others. We usually focus more on negative thoughts rather than positive ones that's why we narrow our inner perception.

Why is self-appreciation important? It not only allows you to reflect on the hard things you've done, but it also gives you time to reflect on your strengths and with that knowledge you can build on your confidence.

However, it isn't always easy to show selfappreciation, but once you do this exercise and hold it for 3 days, you will start to experience the magical things that are starting to happen in your life and your relationship.

Natacha trusts in herself, trusts in her intuition and her partner, Koen, more than ever before. She notices that Koen also has changed, he says nice words to her, such as:

In other words, appreciation is the final component and the last stage in the gratitude process.

You are beautiful today.

You look fresh today.

You smell so good today.

You look sexy in this dress.

You see, the moment Natache changes her perspective, thinking and speaking about herself in a positive way, things start to change including her relationship with Koen

Remember, words are energy What you focus on is what you get So be aware of what you think and say to yourself

Feel means to perceive by a physical sensation coming from discrete end organs as of the skin or muscles.

In the Tantra world, awakening the 5 senses is the highest level of human beings so that you can feel deeply and experience the joy of life.

The 5 Senses

Each of our senses uses its own detection system to get information from our surroundings The information is sent to the brain where it will be processed and combined to create a complete sensory picture of our environment

Sight: light and color is detected by cells in the retina at the back of the eye.

Sound: hair cells in the ear move in response to specific frequencies of sound

Taste: taste buds on the tongue react to salt, sour, bitter, sweet and umami tastes in our food or anything we touch by tongue

Smell: special cells in the nose detect different chemicals in the air that we breathe in. We also detect the flavors in food, flowers or perfume as air moves from our mouth up into the back of the nasal cavity.

Touch: various receptors in our skin and body can detect different types of touch, including hugs, kisses, pressure and vibrations.

Feel is about living in the moment, in the present and deeply connected within yourself and others including everything around you.

Every time you do Breath-work exercise (#3), think about those 7 things you wrote about yourself and feel it. Feel the joy of your breath within yourself.

Appreciation-Other:7

Find 7 things a day on what you appreciate about your partner and write it down

Appreciation is a key to any relationship. Appreciating someone makes them feel good about what they do, and that makes a difference to their lives. It makes them feel better about themselves, urging them to go on with new vigor, strengthening your relationship.

Appreciation makes us nicer, more trusting, more social, and more appreciative As a result, it helps us make deeper love, deepen our existing relationships, and improve our marriage. Those who express appreciation with others are more committed to them and more likely to stay in the relationship.

Appreciation also means cherish, overflow with gratitude, value, respect, admire, understand, esteem, adore, welcome, be obliged and enjoy.

In the Tantra world, awakening the 5 senses is the highest level of human beings. Mastering this skills will helps us elevating our relationship,

The power of communication:

Speak openly to your partner, what you like about him or appreciate about what he does, also share with him what you want. It’s important to know what you like, love and want. Remember, focus on what you want rather than what you do not want.

Is it OK to ask for what you want in a relationship?

Saying what you want is actually a powerful tool to end a fight. It helps you avoid hurtful ways of relating to your partner that might put him or her in defense. It's also a way of being vulnerable that allows your partner to really know and feel for you.

What is the best way to express your needs and what you want?

Express what you need more, and more importantly, why is it something you desire in the relationship

Appreciation helps us make deeper love, deepen our existing relationships, and improve our marriage.

Don't be accusatory; instead, focus on "I" statements, for example:

1

I feel more loved when you surprise me with small gifts

2 3

I love it when you hug me tight, kiss me and look me in the eyes, every time you come home

I love it when you call me, my love

Natacha called me last time in April this year. She invited me for lunch in a beautiful restaurant in Ghent. When I saw Natacha, she was a different person than 2 years ago. Natacha radiates her aura, she is in better shape and looks very sexy. Natacha mentioned that she walks hand in hand with Koen after work with me and is still doing it. She said that Koen is much sweeter and has become a more attractive man for her. Most importantly, her relationship with Koen is more profound, more deeply connected in all levels, including their sexuality, she said that her sex life has never been better before. She works less and earns more, and they both travel more. I am so happy for her and for Koen.

Sometimes we think we can do it alone, it does, but it will take much more energy, money and happiness, and especially your time.

Remember, you have limited time, why don’t you buy your time to be happy, now?

Why do you want to find out on your own, trying thousands of different things? You will only lose more money and waste your time.

Save your money and invest in your happiness right now, find a mentor or consultant, who can guide you step by step and hold you accountable.

Saying what we want is actually a powerful tool to end a fight. It helps us avoid hurtful ways of relating to our partner that might put him or her in defense.
