The male and female with the most points at the end of the month will win a prize! Upper Body, Lower Body, & Core Workouts: 5 points Flexibility/Yoga: 3 points | Swim Workout: 10 points Fitness Class (ex. Strong Nation, Beatboss): 15 points Earn double points for workouts lasting over 30 minutes!
