GENERAL INFORMATION Online Only Registration begins Monday, January 28 Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments. Cash not accepted. Payee will be responsible for paying debit/credit card convenience fees.

Out of County Out of County residents pay 150% of program fee.

Programs Refund Policy No refunds or credits will be granted unless requested by program registration deadline. If request is made by program registration deadline, you will have two options: (1) Receive an immediate credit for the full amount valid for 12 months or (2) Receive a refund, minus a 25% administration fee. Registration convenience fees and out of county fees are non-refundable.

Security Policy Your payment and personal information is safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read over the Internet.

YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUES Under 6 – Under 8 Soccer Program Coordinator: Daniel Cochran Email: dcochran@oconee.ga.us A fun focused soccer league that promotes each player getting as many touches on the ball as possible, developing fundamental skills with each touch! Score is not kept, and coaches serve as referees to create a non-competitive environment for the players. Each team will have one weekday and one Saturday activity (practice or game).

YOUTH INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS Volleyball Program Coordinator: Pat Sebring Email: psebring@oconee.ga.us Volleyball Session I This program is designed for the young athlete who wants to build a foundation in volleyball. Players will learn the basics of passing, setting, spiking, digging and play games. At the end of the program we expect all the players to have a basic knowledge of volleyball skills and how the game is played. Volleyball Session II Program for novice to intermediate players that dives deeper into the basic skills and also play games. YOUTH INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS Recreational Advanced Development (RAD) Soccer This program is open to boys and girls and designed to provide enhanced skills development through instructional drills (dribbling, shooting, receiving, and gamesmanship). Licensed coaches will teach each player the mechanics of the game through individual drills and small sided games. This is a supplemental program to our recreational soccer league. After School in the Schools Looking for a fun and exciting opportunity for your child to participate in once classes have concluded for the day? The After School Program is the perfect program for your kids! In a safe and secure environment, the After School Program provides traditional and nontraditional games and activities, arts and crafts, a study program, and enjoyable special events! A daily snack is provided to all participants. Participants must attend Dove Creek Elementary, High Shoals Elementary, or Rocky Branch Elementary to attend. Registration is online only. All Day Camps All Day Camps are available to Oconee County elementary students to attend on specific days when school is not in session. They will experience a day full of games and activities, arts and crafts, and special events! Snacks are provided but participants must bring a sack lunch. A mind/body practice of relaxation and rejuvenation using awareness, breath and movement to bring balance to the systems of the body. SPECIAL EVENTS Touch a Truck – FREE Program Coordinator: Chase Brown Email: cbrown@oconee.ga.us Hands-on event for children to see, touch, and explore their favorite big trucks, heavy equipment and large vehicles. Indoor Track and Gymnasium The indoor track and gymnasium at Oconee Veterans Park Community Center requires an annual membership fee for use. Members must be Oconee County residents. Please check our website for the current open gymnasium calendar or call 706-769-3965; select option 3.

Open Gymnasium ONLY Membership (Ages 12 and 13) Membership is for Oconee County residents ages 12 – 13 years old. Allows use of the gym during open gym hours. Children under 12 do not require a membership but must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian with a current membership.

(Ages 14 and up) The Fitness Center features a wide array of state of the art cardiovascular and weight equipment including single and multi-station trainers. We offer FREE WiFi in our Fitness Center. Fitness memberships are for Oconee County residents ages 14 and up and required for use of the exercise equipment and facility. Members ages 14-15 require adult supervision.

Walking Trails All of our parks have walking trails for everyone to enjoy. Herman C. Michael, Bogart Sports Complex and Oconee Veterans Park have paved walking paths. Trails at Heritage Park are open for seasoned hikers, mountain bike riders and/or horseback riders. Check our website for trail maps.
