Preheatovento350° .
Heatmilkandbutterinmediumsaucepanoverlowheat.Slowlyaddeachkindofcheese (except1oz.sharpcheddarand½oz.bluecheese)andallowtomelt.Stirconstantlyto preventsticking.
Inseparatepot,cookmacaroniaccordingtopackagedirectionswithadashofsalta1 tbsp.oliveoil.Drainandpourintolargebakingdish.
Slowlyaddcheesemixturetodishandstirwell.Sprinkleremainingsharpcheddarand bluecheeseovertopofmacaroniandbakeuntilalightgoldenbrown,about20-30 minutes.Letstandahalfhourbeforeserving.

Ourmainexpensewas$150foraprofessionalphotographer!
