More details inKompac power supply is the most suitable solution for induction heating applications with frequencies between 4 and 20 kHz (SM models); and 20 and 300 kHz (SH models); and low power requirement, up to 30kW. The power supply is operated through a touch panel and a PLC that allows the process control with functionalities such as power regulation or storage of different programs depending to the part to heat. Internally it is composed of the most modern transistors and a fully digital control. This allows the power supply to maximize performance, accuracy, high resolution in parameter monitoring and process quality management.

General characteristics Designed for series oscillating circuit Frequency: 4 - 20 kHz SM type (IGBT transistors), 20-300kHz SH types (SiC transistors). Oscillator must be designed for correct working frequency. Power: 12 kW to 30 kW Efficiency > 90% // Cos φ > 0.95 PLC SIEMENS S7-1200 control with touch panel KTP700 7”. TouchHMI touch panel: TFT 7” Full color touch screen with led backlight and wide VGA (800x480) format. Easy load adaptation thanks to extra output current capability. Control card based on FPGA and 16 bits controller. Compliance with machinery safety directive: EN60204-1. Operation in local or remote via Profinet. Other field buses available on request (external gateway required).
