Web Governance - Web Management Team update: • The Web Management Team has created a set of Web Governance Guidelines that are available to all web users on the Web site in Communications and Marketing. • Next step is to meet with College Deans and web users to review these guidelines. • Pamplin College is currently being reviewed by Converge, a web content strategy group. Converge will develop a web governance for Pamplin that will then be adapted for each of the colleges.
Web Training Updates Training •
We currently have two classes: a Beginner class and an Intermediate class. – You must have attended a Beginner class before attending an Intermediate class.
Coming Up: •
We are working on both an Advanced Class and a class specifically for Site Improve. Once those are complete and ready to go, we will send out an announcement via email, and announce it at a Web Forum meeting.
•
We are in the process of creating proficiency tests for everyone to take after each class. These should be in place and ready by January.
Resources Available Need a Reminder? •
All of the content that is taught in our Beginner and Intermediate classes is also on the website at augusta.edu/dcm/web – This includes detailed instructions, pictures, and videos
•
For additional help or more complex questions, please submit a Work Request via the form at augusta.edu/dcm/web

Site Improve
Great tool and asset for you! • New training class being developed for Site Improve. • Our broken links are slowly going down. • Please login to Site Improve and pull up your group to see what links may be broken within your site pages. (most of this increase is due to the search and replace)
• Be sure to check your Site Improve group weekly to keep your site clean and easy to navigate. • We have added the Analytics tool to our Site Improve application. You will be notified when your site has been added to this new module.
Augusta University Map We now have an inter-active map for all three campuses and the health system. •
