With Your Inspiration at Home, you can experience unique international flavours without leaving your kitchen. You can create your own perfect recipe of how much you want to work, and how much you want to earn. Join us and blend together a life full of flexibility and reward. Now, let’s dig into the details! Use these definitions to help you discover our amazing plan. Personal Volume (PV): All sales generated by customers not including Host Specials, half priced items or business supplies. Sales are converted to a point system to accommodate global economy. Personally Sponsored: A consultant you have personally enrolled. Personal Team: All people you have sponsored or have been sponsored by a team member who have not promoted to a Bronze Leader or above. Personal Team Volume: The total personal volume of every Consultant in your Personal Team. This does not include your own sales, but does include personal volume from personally sponsored Leaders. Commission Period: One calendar month. Generation: When someone from your team promotes to Bronze Leader, the Bronze Leader’s team now becomes your first generation. If that leader promotes a Bronze Leader that team becomes your second generation. Personally Sponsored Active Consultant: A Consultant who you have personally enrolled, who has submitted a minimum of 200 in personal volume (PV) in a calendar month. This includes those that promote to Bronze Leader or higher within your personal team. Total Organisation Sales Volume: All sales that are commissionable for your Personal Team as well as all Generations.

WHAT MAKES OUR CAREER PLAN unique?

• The Your Inspiration at Home Career Plan pays overrides on retail value (PV) not on wholesale amounts

• There is no charge for the personal website’s annual membership or use of the Home Office credit card online payments

• All Sponsors receive Personal Volume (PV) on an assigned value of the kit purchase as long as the individual qualifies with 500 PV in their first 45 days

• Your Inspiration at Home offers a fully funded, generous host program. The host also receives free product when someone from his or her party joins the business

• When you promote a personally sponsored leader, that leader’s personal sales will still remain as a part of your team volume. They will also remain as one of your Personally Sponsored Active Consultants

• Very few companies in the direct sales industry treat your business, like it is your business. Once you achieve Qualified Platinum Director status, you have the ability to sell your business. Your business is willable

• Once you reach Executive and Infinity Director status, you will also earn a Legacy bonus. This Legacy Bonus can be placed into a retirement plan of your choice

• Directors and above bring valuable influence and insight to our business. To celebrate these leaders for their achievements, Directors and above are treated to a global gourmet experience with an all expense paid Director Retreat*. These are held in fun and exotic locations around the world

FREQUENTLY ASKED questions //////// How do I receive my commission? Most of the time you will be able to keep your commissions at the time of the tasting. When you submit your final order to Home Office, the system will ask you for 75% of the order and you will keep the 25% commission in cash. If you qualify for any leader overrides, commissions or sales bonuses, that will be paid out in the next commission run.

//////// What happens if guests at my party pay by credit card? If guests at your party pay by credit card, you will submit their total amount to Home Office. This will result in an overpayment in the system. That overpayment will be transferred to your online Back Office Wallet that can be applied to your next order or can be paid out in the next commission run on request.

//////// W hat happens when my commission is less than $20 in my Wallet at the beginning of the commission period? Commission is only paid out in the middle of the month if your commission is $20 or more. If your commission is less than $20 it will remain in your Back Office Wallet. You can use that commission towards payment of orders, or you can wait until the amount in your Back Office Wallet to reach $20.

//////// W hat is Active Account Status? “Active Status” is having 200 Personal Volume in any given month. This applies to all levels of the Compensation Plan. To keep your account open for ordering privileges, you must submit a minimum of cumulative 200 Personal Volume every 6 months.

//////// W hat is a sales bonus? A personal sales bonus is available to every consultant and above. When you achieve 1000-2999 in Personal Volume in any given month, you will receive a 3% bonus on that entire month’s sale. When you achieve 3000-4999 in Personal Volume in any given month, you will receive a 6% bonus on that entire month’s sales. When you achieve 5000+ in Personal Volume in any given month, you will receive a 10% bonus on that entire month’s sales. We will transfer your sales bonus to your Back Office Wallet.

//////// W hat are my ongoing costs for credit card processing and replicated business website? 0. It’s completely free!

//////// W hat is my annual fee? 0

//////// C an I sponsor and do business outside of my own Country? Yes, YIAH is a global commerce company. As a consultant you can both sponsor and sell product to anyone in countries where YIAH is operating as a business.

//////// W ill anyone I sponsor out of my own Country stay on my team? Yes! You can create your own global team. When you sponsor someone from outside of your Country they become and stay a part of your team as any other sponsor would.


//////// A m I able to double promote or skip a level in the Compensation Plan if I meet the qualifications? Yes! For example, you can go from a consultant to Silver Leader while bypassing Bronze, if you meet all the required qualifications. Connect with your qualified Director for an explanation when double promoting.

//////// What is a first generation Team? A first generation team is any direct team. You are paid a 5% Commission Bonus on that entire team’s Personal Team Volume.

//////// What is a second generation? A second generation is when any of your first generation Bronze Leaders promote a Bronze Leader from their Personal Team. This becomes your second generation Bronze Leader and you are paid a 1-3% Commission Bonus on that entire team’s Volume.

//////// What is an Infinity Bonus? The Infinity Bonus is paid on anyone in your Generation(s) 3 or higher; these are people you were not being paid on in your organisation. However, once an Executive Director is promoted out from your team, you will no longer earn an Infinity Bonus on their organisation.

//////// What is a roll up or compression? Each month, our system automatically searches for ‘paid as’ Bronze Leaders within your organisation. Example: If you have a first generation Bronze Leader that did not receive ‘paid as’ status, that Volume rolls up to your Personal Team Volume. If you have a second generation and your first generation Leader does not receive ‘paid as’ status, your second generation rolls up to your first generation. This system will search for any new second generations you may have, thus always paying you the maximum amount you can earn.

//////// What if someone promotes to a level higher than mine in the Career Plan? You will continue to be paid on that team according to where you are in the Career Plan. Example: You are a Silver Leader and one of your team promotes to a Gold Leader. You continue to be paid on that team as a Silver Leader. The only time where this is different is when promoting a Platinum Director. You will have 6 months to achieve Platinum Director, Executive Platinum Director or Infinity Director.

//////// What do I receive when I sponsor before I become a Bronze Leader? When the person you sponsor qualifies with 500 PV, you receive Personal Volume on the assigned value of their kit. You will also receive product credit within each stage of your Inspired Start Program.

//////// What is a grace period/pend counts? Once you qualify as Bronze Leader and achieve the qualifications for the paid as rank for three consecutive months, you will receive three pend counts (or grace periods). These pend counts or grace periods allow you to still be paid as your status, even if you have not qualified for that month. The system will automatically issue one of your grace periods or pend counts when you have not qualified. You have a maximum of three to use in a one-year period. They are reissued in a rolling 12 months.

//////// Will I lose my title if I do not qualify? If you qualify as a Bronze Leader and you do not have any pend counts, you will be demoted back to the title of Consultant if you do not qualify for three consecutive months. At that point, you would need to re-qualify for Bronze Leader status. You will be demoted from Silver Leader if you do not qualify for three consecutive months. You will be demoted from Gold and Diamond Leader if you do not qualify for six consecutive months. You will be demoted from Platinum Leader and above if you do not qualify for twelve consecutive months.


//////// What is the difference between my e-wallet and my promotions wallet? The e-wallet pays out to you the following month and is where commissions come from. The promotional wallet is a credit from promotions and it can only be used for full price retail product, cannot be paid out, and has an entry date.

//////// What happens if someone purchases from my website? The commission from that purchase will be added to your next commission payment/deposit.
