DESIGN INTENTTHE INTENT WAS TO CREATE A FACADE THAT IS FORMED OF MANY SINGLE STOREY HEIGHT , ANGLED AND ABSTRACTED CONCRETE PANELS WILL GROW MORE AGGRESSIVE DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF LIGHT ENTERING THE INDIVIDUAL OFFICE DWELLING. ON A LARGER SCALE, THE BUILDING CREATE OPPURTUNITIES FOR THE PUBLIC TO HAVE PHYSICAL CONNECTION WITH SNEAK PEEK THROUGH THE TRANSPARENCY OF THE FACADE. THE FRAGMENTED WILL CHANGE FROM CLADDING CURTAIN GLASS TO EMBED CONCRETE . THESE PANELS WILL NOT BE THER PRIMARY LOAD BEARING STRUCTURE , BUT WILL STILL BE SELF SUPPORTING, TAKING ON LOAD OF THE SLAB WHERE NECESSARY. THE PRIMARY LOAD BEARING WILL BE ON THE CONCRETE COLUMNS IN A RECTANGULAR GRID FORMATION WITH TWO WAY SPANNING FLAT PLATE CONCRETE SLAB ,WHILE THE DESIGN OF OFFICE LAYOUT WILL BE SPECULATIVE , WITH THE GROUND FLOOR HOUSING CAFE , FOLLOWING FLOOR FEATURING VARYING REPEATING TENANT ARRANGEMENT IN ATTEMPT TO ACCOMDATE A VARIETY OF TENANTS A100 DRAWING LIST A101 SPECULATIVE OFFICE EXAMPLE A102 CONCRETE FRAME WITH CLADDING A103 LOAD BEARING STRUCTURE A104 MOOD BOARD A105 FACADE SKIN DEVELOPMENT A106 BCA REPORT A107 SITE ANALYSIS A108 SITE PLAN A109 BASEMENT PLAN A110 GROUND PLAN A111 TYPICAL FLOORPLAN A112 ROOF PLAN A113 EAST ELEVATION A114 NORTH ELVATION A115 WEST ELEVATION A116 SOUTH ELEVATION A117 SECTION AA A118 SECTION BB A119 TYPICAL STRUCTURAL PLAN A120 TYPICAL REFLECTED CEILING PLAN A121 FACADE DEATIL 1:20 A122 GROUND DETAIL 1:20 A123 GROUND DETAIL 1:5 A124 GROUND DETAIL PERSPECTIVE A125 ROOF DETAIL 1:20 A126 EXPLODED STRUCTURAL BREAKDOWN AXOMETRIC A127 INTERIOR PERSPECTIVE A128 EXTERIOR PERSPECTIVE
