The main feature of this space is the complete missing of partitions in the living-dining area. That is why the zoning deserves special attention. The interior is made in neutral tones with the main focus on the play of textures. We abundantly used different types of wood while decorating walls as well as pieces of furniture — this gave the interior a certain unique charm. The walls are decorated by unique crafted fabric panels made by hand weaving. Spacious and comfortable interior invites to communicate and relax.

In collaboration with gianmaria sforza architect program: roundabout _ public service _ traffic regulation
data sheet plot area: built area: built volume:
160 m²
A section of landscape, 4 km long. Transform simple access points to the city or conventional places within the city itself in space systems, systems of landscapes. Through minimal lighting, paving, plant cultivation and entry barriers interventions, a junction, a roundabout create new sensations: a sidewalk, a band of the entry, a parking, a new stretch of path, turn into sections of varied and variables landscape along the via Emilia. These are the assumptions. Specifically, the project is assumed that the roundabout is essentially and simply constituted by a border, a curb within which to provide multiple solutions. The curb is not unique, is fragmented into areas, different portions but rhythmically regulated according to three measures that have recurred throughout the perimeter of the roundabout. This simple intervention enriches the landscape of the roundabout of new experiences, views and feelings, a range of colors or textures perceived differently, depending on your point which is the approach from, new points of view always in motion. In the inner portion of the roundabout 24 metal posts arranged in staggered rows, small and of variable height, growing towards the center complete the look of the round. Several possibilities: spray mist, lighting, reflectors.

VILLA NECCHI-CAMPIGLIO

In collaboration with Corrado Anselmi architetto program: riqualificazione di villa privata in casa museo [FAI]
dati dimensionali area: superficie costruita: volume costruito:
900 m² 1.300 m² 0 m3
Importo lavori:
