LEOPOLDO catering & events Contract & Agreement Terms & Conditions Leopoldo Catering wishes your event to be a success and the best way to achieve this is to formulate a strong, honest and open relationship with you, where communication is clear and expectations from both sides are understood from the onset. The Proposal Following our discussions, Leopoldo Catering will provide you with an individual written proposal. It will remain valid for your particular event date. In the instance the the event brief alters, it may be necessary to review and reissue a quotation. Payment Terms As many costs are incurred on your behalf prior to the event, Leopoldo Catering have the following payment terms: ● A 50% (non-refundable) deposit based on the total proposal cost is due upon acceptance of the proposal and is required to confirm your event. ● The full balance will be due prior to the day of the event. ● Leopoldo Catering accepts cash and checks. We will impose a $35 charge for any bounced or returned checks. Cancellation In the instance that you need to cancel your event, the following conditions will apply: ● All cancellations must be made by telephone, in the first instance and then confirmed in writing or by email. The event will only be cancelled when the Client is receipt of a Cancellation Acceptance from Leopoldo Catering, which will be a written or an email from Leopoldo Catering. ● If the Client shall cancel or be deemed to cancel the Event one month or more than one calendar month prior to the Event Date specified in the proposal, then the Client shall be liable to pay 20% of the Total Costs in addition to all out of pocket disbursements or costs of Leopoldo Catering in relation to the proposed provisions of the Services, credit being given for any Payment on Account already paid. ● If the Client shall cancel or be deemed to cancel the Event less than one calendar month but no more than one week prior to the Event Date specified on the proposal, then the Client shall be liable to pay 50% of the Total Cost in addition to all out of pocket disbursements or costs of Leopoldo Catering in relation to the proposed provision of the Services, credit shall be given for any Payment on Account already paid. Where circumstances beyond Leopoldo Catering cannot prevent us from fulfilling obligations, Leopoldo Catering will, by notice in writing to the client, terminate the Contract and return to the Client any balance of the Payment on Account remaining after settlement of all or any costs, expenses or liabilities howsoever incurred in respect of the proposed provision of the Services. Rentals and decorations for ceremony and reception to be delivered by Friday, 6/9/17, set-up complete by 2:00pm on Saturday
● 100 white folding garden chairs arranged facing willow tree (2 sections of 10 x 10) ● Tree will be decorated by materials provided by florist ● Wooden 3x3 wide and floor will be set down for the aisle towards the tree, white runner and petals will line the sides of the aisle ● Alter are will have small stage 12”-16” high with a small 6’ table for candle, sand, coin rituals, stage covered with white runner provided by florist ● Sides of the stage will have plywood covered with astroturf for bridal party to stand on ● Florist providing two columns for side of altar and two larger flower arrangements to be moved to reception area after ceremony, deck will be decorated with tulle and flowers At start of ceremony, wedding music will play, attendants at the altar include: violinist, Officiant, Groom, Best Man, three groomsmen.
