“Never Are We Awake” is Jethro Lacson’s debut solo exhibition. This is a documentation of the dreamlike state of his early adulthood done in layers of paint and graphite. Jethro uses the human anatomy as the language of his monologue, his ephemeral experiences and internal conversations suspended in pieces of paper and stretched canvas.
