How Girls Sell Cookies ORDER CARDS Girls use order cards to collect orders, and report them to the troop cookie coodinator.

DOOR TO DOOR SALES AND BOOTH SALES Girls sell directly to customers in neighborhoods or in front of local businesses.

DIGITAL COOKIE Girls go online, create goals, setup a mini website, and send emails to friends and family. Customers can order and pay online and choose girl delivery OR for their cookies to be shipped directly to them.

Digital Cookie digitalcookie.girlscouts.org How Girls Sell Online: On Digital Cookie girls can create goals, track their progress, send sales emails, and more! Girls can share their online cookie sales link to appropriate family and friend-facing social media pages, such as a private Facebook page. Please remember that girls, not caregivers, sell Girl Scout Cookies. Girls can sell online in two ways:

Direct Ship A customer places an order and pays online, and cookies ship to them directly. The shipping cost is incurred by the customer.

Girl Delivery A customer places an order online for the Girl Scout to deliver. Payment is collected from the customer at the time of the order. The customer will also pick a secondary option for their order, in case the parent denies the delivery. Parents will receive an email every time an order is placed. The parent has 10 days to accept or deny the order for delivery.

eBudde • cookiepor Ordering Initial Order Cookies for Your Troop All cookies are ordered through the eBudde system. On your Initial Order Tab you will place your initial order by case. This is the order you will pick up at Cookie Delivery Jan 22-25. If you order 125% of your 2019 Initial Order your troop will earn a collapsible wagon for booths and door-to-door sales! For training on placing your initial order, check out our online trainings or give us a call at 317.924.6800.

tal.littlebrownie.com Girl Orders Tab On the “Girl Orders Tab” you can allocate cookies and record payments for each selling girl. All troop packages must be allocated by March 18.

eBudde is the Girl Scout Cookie Program online portal. Volunteers are able to manage their cookie program from a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

TIP: Allocating packages throughout the program allows girls to track their progress and achieve their goals!

HOW TO ALLOCATE COOKIES TO A GIRL AND TRACK PAYMENTS 1 Click on the girl name you wish to make changes to. Click “Add a Transaction” in the top left-hand corner. 2 Enter the details of the transaction under “Comment.” (ex. 2/14 extras) 3 Fill in the number of packages and/or amount of money in the appropriate column. 4 When finished, click “OK.” 5 Click “save” before moving to another girl.

Inventory Tracking Always keep an accurate inventory of cookies on hand. Unsold cookies are the responsibility of the Troop Cookie Manager. Communication with families throughout the program is the best way to avoid excess inventory. Proactively share deadlines and expectations for money collection with families, and always provide receipts for cookies distributed to, and received payments from, families.

Cookie Exchange The Cookie Exchange tab will allow you to input the cookies you have available to exchange and see what other troops have available that you may need. This tab will open on March 1 for troops to utilize. This is a good place to find cookies you may need prior to placing a cupboard order. More information can be found on the council website.

Girl Scouts of Central Indiana’s health and safety policy does not allow cookies to be returned or exchanged in the Cookie Cupboard. However, you may exchange damaged cookie packages.
