Counselor-In-Training CIT 1 Entering Grades 9 & 10 Girls learn the foundation of camp leadership through team building, selfreflection, and identifying personal growth areas. Girls will leave camp able to assist with implementation of camp for younger girls.
CIT II Entering Grades 11 & 12 Girls will utilize gained knowledge and resources to plan and lead camp activities with little direction. CIT II participants will also learn how to harness these new skills outside of camp.
Lifeguard-In-Training LIT (Marine Landing) Entering Grades 11 & 12 Girls will shadow waterfront staff and practice basic life-saving skills. LITs Help with lifeguard in-service training and will complete all steps of the Paddler and Mariner Boating program at Marine Landing.
