The LWML Spring Event is this Saturday April 21, 9:30 till Noon here at Grace. If you would like more information please contact Chrissie Gilbert. Flowers on the Altar today are from the Dube family in celebration of the 65th wedding anniversary of Al and Gene Dube, on the 18th.
Volunteers Needed!!!! Sign up forms are now available! There is a wide variety of ways you can help with this program. If you have questions please contact Robin Gilbert or Elaine Botka for more information. A church work day has been scheduled for Saturday April 28th. We will get started at 9 am with a variety of projects. There is plenty to do for everyone. VBS Registration has begun! Shipwrecked runs July 23-27. The Sanctuary Facelift committee has scheduled another Special Voters Meeting on April 29th, after the late service. More Congregational discussion and input is needed to proceed. With the painting and flooring completed in the church office, we would now like to decorate the walls. We are asking the members to donate a cross or bible verse plaque for this endeavor. Please bring your gift to the church office and place it on the table with the others. Thank you for the donations to Faith comes by Hearing. We were able to send a check for $995 to help support this great mission. Grace Food Drive. Grace will be collecting non perishable food and drink items through the end of May. Please bring any items you would like to donate and place them in the baskets located in the narthex. Donations will then be distributed to local food pantries. Ladies! Need a night out? Join us for a ladies night at the church May 12th at 5 pm for food and fellowship. Please sign up so we know how many to prepare for. The sign up sheet is on the LWML board in the narthex.
Do you need a scholarship? We are now accepting applications for the LevaWhiting Scholarship and the Grace Church Work Scholarship. If you are interested, the church office has the guidelines and applications. Deadline for applying is Sunday, May 13th. Mowers are needed to help keep the grounds around Grace looking nice. The sign up sheet is on the bulletin board by the mailboxes. We have the equipment we just need your help for it to work. Online giving made easy! Look for the link at glcdenison.org.
