Do you need a scholarship? We are now accepting applications for the Leva-Whiting Scholarship and the Grace Church Work Scholarship. If you are interested, the church office has the guidelines and applications. Deadline for applying is Sunday, May 12th.
Sunday May 5th is Confirmation Sunday. During the late service Stephen Gilbert and Lindsey Haning will be Confirmed. Gods blessings as they enter this new chapter in their lives.

The Ladies Bible Study —”Where Love Abides” will meet Friday May 10 at 7 pm. Pam Farrow will host this event in her home. Her address is 11135 FM 697, Whitewright, TX Please bring a snack to share.
The Youth Group is still raising money for the National Youth Gathering this summer. They will have a rummage sale on Saturday May 11, starting at 9 a.m. Youth need to be at the church by 7:30 a.m. to help set up. Please bring any items you have for the Rummage Sale to the youth room no later than May 8. If you have big items please get with April on the delivery of the items. The youth will start organizing the items on May 8 at 6:00 p.m.
Summer Schedule starts soon. Service times will change starting with Memorial Day Weekend. Sunday May 26 will have one service at 10:30. After the service there will be a picnic at the Pavilion. There will be no Sunday School hour. From June 2 through August 25 the schedule will be Worship Service 9:15 Sunday School 10:30 On Sunday September 1 there will be one service at 10:30 followed by at picnic at the pavilion.
An Adult instruction class will be held on Saturday, May 18, from 9 till 2. If your are interested please contact the office. The Ladies of Grace will have their Bible Study on May 8th. If you have questions on the study please contact Kay Clark.
VBS Registration has begun! Miraculous Mission will be the week of July 22-26. Go to our website for more information and to register. You can sign up to volunteer also! Come and help Jesus save the world. (glcdenison.org) The first VBS training will be on Saturday May 4 at 11:00 .am. This session will last about an hour. If you have questions please get with April. You can sign up to volunteer on the church website, glcdenison.org. Midweek has resumed. Wednesdays at 6:00 pm with meals and classes at 6:30. Please sign up to provide a meal. Pastor and Cheryl will lead the Adult Studies. Final Midweek before the summer break is May 15.
